3Very Good experience overall. I am building with Urbane and the overall process has been very smooth and pleasing. The team is very helpful and clarifies all your doubts. Their standard package includes so many luxury features which most of the project builders dont offer unless you pay a high upgrade cost. I am having a very good experience so far and I would recommend them to everyone who are looking for a custom design builder in Sydney.
We would like to thank urbane designer homes for building our home. They made the whole process as smooth as possible right from the planning to the hand over. They are always ready to help and assist with any queries or any assistance that is required at every stage of construction. We would highly recommend building with them.
Only giving this lot 1 star as i can't give them a 0 worst company i have ever dealt with didn't return any calls save your time & money don't talk to these lot they are useless
