Urban Hyve

Before you read my review, just know that Urbanhyve have been absolutely amazing. In particular Paul, you were so good to us and we really appreciate your help.

I started off buying 2 sunlounges for our pool area and I knew they were a pre-order item. Urbanhyve kept me in the loop as to when they would be delivered which is a definite nice touch.

We waited a little while for our delivery but it was understandable as they were ordered during the height of the pandemic in NSW.

When we put them together there was a small issue with one of the bolt holes. I informed Paul who managed to sort it out super quick, and posted us a replacement part a week later. No issues, no dramas, just great service.

If you are thinking twice about purchasing from Urbanhyve, don't, they are a great company who care about their customers. I will certainly be looking at their range the next time we buy.thanks again to Paul and his team for making our buying experience great and thank you again for helping fox a small issue. I just wish more company's had your passion and attention to detail.

Most impressed with incredible customer service. Placed order yesterday & received personal phone call today advising of delay in delivery. I am most appreciative of this great customer service not provided by most companies these days. Highly recommend Urban Hyve.

I really appreciate their support on our purchase. Since our newly opened office, we placed orders for some furniture through some websites and Urban hyve was really impressed. The staff named Vann checked every step of the process with me over the phone and email. Installation service was good too.highly recommended.
