Urban Exteriors carried out extensive renovations for us including an 8m x 5m pergola, large deck and landscaping to the surrounding area. The work was carried out by quality tradespersons in a timely manner and communication was good throughout the whole process.

Urban Exteriors have installed a new sunroom and pergola to complete our entertainment area. The whole process from contacting Izzy for a quote, design process, the approvals and build, were all seamless and communicated well. I cannot speak highly enough of Izzy who always went above and beyond to respond to all my questions or concerns. His team were all professional, courteous and cleaned up after themselves everyday. We are absolutely thrilled with the results and the photos speak for themselves.

Izzy and his team are professionals and the workmanship quality is superb. At the beginning of our project we worked closely with Izzy to build out a plan for our alfresco, after a few iterations we then made the decision to go ahead and we are extremely happy with the finished result to our alfresco. The team at Urban Exteriors were a pleasure to deal with, Izzy was always contactable day and night and was happy to come out on weekends for a site visit. He was also willing to integrate the pergola design into the existing timber balustrade to match the rest of the house.
Paul and Jack are masters of their craft, they are also very pleasant guys and left the site clean and tidy each day.

Our new pergola was recently installed by Urban Exteriors and looks fantastic! The workers were polite, efficient, happy to answer any questions and best of all they cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. Izzy, Gary, Adrian and all of the staff behind the scenes made phone and email contact easy throughout the entire process…. Even with the latest COVID lockdown just before work began and restrictions throughout. Our old deck roof leaked and this one is keeping us dry with the bonus of being the envy of the neighbourhood…. We are glad that we chose Urban Exteriors!

The sales process, initially started without a site visit due to restrictions was easy and Izzy provided a very competitive quote. The build team of Paul and Jack did a great job and cleared up every day. The end result is great and a massive improvement. Also good was having one contact for pergola and glass fencing. Just waiting for my electrician to finish the downlights.

Urban Exteriors recently completed an insulated pergola over my spotted gum deck. Had my Outdoor entertaining area completely redone by Urban Exteriors. From the quote process, right through it was smooth. Great company with excellent tradies who were considerate, receptive to feedback, and sought out my opinion on the finer details to ensure we got what we wanted. At the end of each day they cleaned up the areas and left things in a tidy state (as tidy as an reno can be). Really happy with the outcome and thought it was great value for money for the end result. Would highly recommend using them

We're over the moon with how Izzy & the boys took our dream, and made it a reality. Our job was unusual (converting an oversized yet unapproved leaking pergola & deck area into an inside/outside rumpus room with alfresco) with limited access to the space - the end result is over & above what we ever thought would be possible. The boys onsite were clean, courteous and friendly. Deb in the office was terrific with working through our issues (mainly council issues) and Izzy was always just a phone call away and happy to answer any questions we had. We had Urban Exteriors instal a small but relatively complex pergola. The complete process was handled professionally from the beginning to completion. Shared my experience in my early review where I felt disappointed with them. I have had discussed it with Izzy and he helped me out to complete where left behind. It appears Gary is not well so it is understandable where being short. Thanks Izzy for understanding and helping me. He is truely passionate about his business and customers. We have just had a double carport and a covered outdoor area done by the team and they have been beyond brilliant.
