We engaged Nick and his team at Urban Escape to completely redesign the front of our property, including regrading and installing a new driveway, decking and steps, sandstone retaining walls and new paved entry. Building a pool in your backyard is a major undertaking and one you want to get right. I'm very happy we trusted Nick and the team at Urban Escape with our pool and landscaping. While most builders you just want to see the back of, we actually miss having the crew around now that it's done. It’s was a pleasure to have Nick and his team transforming our tiny backyard into a boutique hotel feel plunge pool area. The design is amazing with great attention to detail. The boys were always on time, polite, friendly, cleaned at the end of each work day. They worked even when it rained. Nick was present and helpful throughout the entire project, and he always answered promptly to our questions and/or came to the site to help us run the pool (as it’s our first).
I never thought I would ever say that about renovations/demolition/construction, but we’ll miss having them around.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Urban Escape who recently completed our pool and garden.

From concept to completion Nick and the team were professional, hard working, efficient and friendly. Any challenges that arose were quickly dealt with through excellent communication and helpful advice - especially important when the site is small and the local council is strict.

Each day we were greeted with friendly smiles, easy conversation and respect for our house. The site was always left well organised and neat. On completion of the job the site was left in perfect condition with nothing for us to clean or organise – a definite bonus.

The finished result has surpassed our expectations and we now have a well built, beautiful tropical oasis of our own.
