Darren and his team of two did a great job on our new deck yesterday … not a big job but well planned and very well organised … a quality product at a reasonable price professionally installed to a very high standard by friendly and polite guys. Customer focussed with great attention to detail and clear focus on getting the job done with a minimum of fuss. We highly recommend Urban Decking to prospective clients.

Many thanks for accepting the challenge - we are absolutely thrilled with the result and can’t wait to jump in the pool and enjoy our new deck! Even though access to the site was uneasy and tricky due to a rocky uneven landscape, and a narrow passage around the pool, the construction ran smoothly and on time. This project was a very positive experience for us because Darren is super well-organised, extremely caring and reliable. We appreciate that the job was made somewhat more challenging physically because of the awkward access, however Darren was always so pleasant, friendly and willing to discuss and be present, and that goes for his team – polite and professional!

From start to finish, our experience with Urban Decking was great. We were a bit nervous about composite decking initially as we hadn’t seen it anywhere before but Darren visited us a couple of times to answer our questions. He put us in touch with one of his customers who was happy for us to visit and talk to him about his deck. He was very complimentary about UD so we decided to go ahead. We had quite a large area to cover and some fiddly bits - pool, fence, bbq area - but UD got on with it and were totally finished within about 2 weeks. All tools and materials were stored tidily and safely and everything was cleaned up at the end. No garden damage. The deck looks great - not plasticky - and the finishes along the edges, corners look much more professional than when we had wood versions. No scratches since we installed 2 months ago and we aren’t being that precious. We’ve got furniture and plant pots on it. Overall, really happy.

We are extremely happy with our new deck extension. Darren and his team created an amazing space for us, an absolutely beautiful and very functional.
Darren created the outdoor lounge chair setting very nicely, and it was better than I was expecting. Darren has put our sunshade umbrella directly on the deck which worked nicely. The privacy screen is stunning even from the back.
Their works were incredibly detailed and perfect. Darren and his team always try to complete with the best finish.
They were starting the work on time, cleaning before leaving the site, very polite and always listening to us.

We have used Darren and his team twice now for a large deck, pergola and screening. Very professional and high quality. I would not bother using anyone else.

Urban Decking just completed our fantastic grey Trex Deck for our courtyard and it looks awesome, feels solid and now we have what feels like an extra outdoor room. From the quote stage to the building and completion of the deck, Darren and his team were highly professional. Throughout the build, Darren suggested a few minor things that would improve the project but without adding excessive costs. They completed the job on time and cleaned up at the end of every day and our place was spotless at the conclusion too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
