Even though I worked in a design field most of my life and had strong ideas about how my family’s property should be styled, I decided to invest in Urban Chic because I felt they had the expertise to know the market and know exactly what needed to be done to ensure a sale of our property and get the best possible price.

Anna Farey turned up promptly; was an absolute delight to work with, she listened to my ideas intently and was able to gracefully agree or disagree immediately, as if she knew exactly what would work and what wouldn’t work.

Juliana and the team are simply the best in the business.

Due to the fact that Urban Chic are constantly in high demand for their property styling services, we initially utilised the styling of a competitor. This was not our first choice - but we just couldn’t align the timing as we wanted to have the property ready for market in a very short period of time. Bottom line, whilst the other team’s work was fine, we failed to achieve an outcome with respect to the sale of the property, despite spending well in excess of Urban Chic’s quote.

When my husband and I decided to sell our large family home in order to downsize, the task of preparing our home for sale seemed quite daunting. Fortunately Suzanne Ladkin and her team from Urban Chic helped to make the process manageable and almost pleasant! We opted for Partial Styling as some rooms only needed minor enhancements such as the addition of decor and artworks. However in other rooms we followed Suzanne's advice in regard to replacing existing furnishings with hired pieces that did a better job of complementing the desirable features of our home.
