Great service from Peter in solving my printer driver issue even rang back and followed up that all was working fine
Upstream just went downstream.
Five years ago they used to be really good and efficient.
Just resigned a contract with them and boy am i disappointed. Should have known when there has been 4 new account managers in 5 years. But the last guy seemed nice so we gave him the benefit of the doubt. He is now also no longer there.
First surprise came when the technician installing the new copier was more interested in going home then setting up the machine.
Next was that the new invoice didn't reflect the contract signed. Then they are trying to be sneaky about their billing system.
Shame I have to give one star, they were scamming our company on the costs, putting in hidden charges, for print and toner we weren't using or agreed to: (Sneaky and rude customer service!
