7Uprise is the first EAP that I have seen to really care for people at all stages of their wellbeing journey
My work offers Uprise and I have used it several times to learn new skills and when I have had an issue that I needed some help with. The team is great and the app lets me connect with my coach every time
I've engaged with content similar to what Uprise offers, but the coaching really helped me bring all that content home for me!
I have experienced this program to be incredibly well run as it has provided really helpful no-nonsense skills, but delivered with compassion. The coaching really helped anchor the skills to real life situations. Highly recommended.
