We highly recommend ArtTrim. They made two large outdoor cushions in a marine vinyl for us to fit a large bench seat. The quality of the product and the service provided was fantastic. We were also pleasantly surprised by how fast they made it for us. Mel was so helpful with helping us decide which material to use for our cushions to best suit the location as well as our lifestyle.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We used them to for some outdoor upholstery for around our pool and our firepit. Their turnaround times, service and communication were great. The end result was extremely high quality and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I *tried* these guys because of the reviews. I had to chase five times (at least). Shane is full of constant moaning's "I'm so busy mate" - "Mel will be in touch". No one ever gets in touch. And then I get a rude "go with someone else, mate", "I'm not interested". I run a business - and yes, it's challenging; however, to send a response to customers takes seconds, regardless of how thin. Isn't it great we are so busy? Business is booming - is that not a good thing? How is it being belittled by asking for a simple confirmation via email of the appointment after five attempts so I can plan accordingly? Surely you have systems, bookings and processes in place? Probably the most disorganised, unprofessional business I've ever come across. Please don't bother with them. They are too busy for you.

Pleasure to deal with Mel and Shane, their work is impeccable and nothing was a problem and delivered on time.

Had the roof lining fixed on my commodore yesterday, they did an exceptional job at great price, got me in straight away after my enquiry and only needed the car for a few hours, wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!
