Took my girls there for the first time, they had an absolute blast and the man who was on the desk, I assume the owner or manager is such a nice and helpful man, he led the girls through it and showed them the ropes, checked on them throughout. Was overall a great experience:) would 100% recommend.

Had an 8 year old birthday party at VR Charlestown today. The kids had a fantastic time. Great value with extremely helpful staff. Will definitely be going back:)

Always have a great time here, both my sons love it more than other VR they have experienced…. Playing together as a family is really enjoyable and the owner/worker is helpful and friendly….

The staff were so amazing, friendly, easy chat with, nothing was a problem, we had a 9yo party and everyone had so much fun thanks to the staff, 12/10 I will be coming back, it was so much fun, amazing experience!

I booked a party here for my son's 11th. I read the reviews online and I'm so glad we did. Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. They supported all the kids and were attentive to each of their needs. They even encouraged us parents to give it a go! Thanks for being so inclusive and for making my son's party, one to cherish!

We had high expectations going there coz of the positive reviews. Went there just this school holidays (January). The place was busy when we went there in the afternoon w/ only one person running the show. We've never been to one, so expected to get shown how everything works, what buttons do what, etc. Unfortunately, we were just thrown in & left to work it out ourselves.

The guy who was there & calls everyone "dude" is run off his feet, serving customers who arrive, helping customers who are stuck in the VR. They should have put more staff on in school holidays. It's a missed opportunity on behalf of the business. My kids would have enjoyed it & we would have gone back if they know how to correctly operate the controls. They would have enjoyed the "Unreal VR" experience if they were shown how everything works. But because the kids didn't get shown how, they didn't enjoy the "Unreal VR" experience & didn't want to go back. So, the business has lost a few customers here.

Took my 12 year Old son there today.
Paid $65 for 90 mins and he had so much fun.
It's for the young and old.
Friendly and helpful staff,
Always cleans the headsets
Quiet and friendly atmosphere.
Most definitely bringing my son back there on the next school holidays

Great immersive fun. Lots of individual and group games to choose from for different age groups. Staff attentive to get us going on our first experience.

Lives up to its name. Unreal. Been a few times and had my sons birthday party there. A lot of fun. Management and staff are really helpful.

Awesome time, Christmas gift and i had no idea what to expect. But absolutely brilliant, fun went with three mates and played a few solo games that were awesome, and then had a great time smashing zombies as a team! Thanks for a great time!

Very accommodating, very friendly, we come im regularly and they did everything they could to make sure we had a great and comfortable time.

Very fun, nice and knowledgeable staff, had my birthday party there last year and they were corindinated where everything was knows how to work the machines and timing was perfect and prices are cheap.

Just Had my sons birthday party here, we hired the whole place out all the kids loved it and all the parents were asked if they wanted to have a go which i thought was amazing thank you so much for making it great event we will be back for more

It's a basic set up but great experience. Kids love it! Just need to wipe the headsets before next use!

Amazing experience and helpful staff, but be careful on the sims, motion sickness will get you!
