Money hungry men with no customer service skills whatsoever. My wife and I felt pressured to pay a deposit upfront the moment we showed interested in one of their colours. When asked about quality, they would constantly say "Good quality, pay a deposit and we'll help you out today". These men have never heard of rapport, I understand that every business needs money but customer service is necessary as well. Go in for yourselves and ask a question, they'll bring up "deposit payment" with every response. Carl was odd and strange from the get go. The man we spoke to over the phone was great and if it weren't for him we wouldn't have even considered going into their warehouse all the way from Richmond. In regards to the warehouse, if you have anything you need thrown out feel free to put it infront of their warehouse because it's already piled up with a bunch of junk from lounges, to carpets to boxes of rubbish. Cut your grass guys. Presentation and customer service is key. I do not recommend these guys whatsoever. Stick to Caesarstone guys. Might be pricey but your paying for customer service and clean presentation without the pressure. And if they can't keep their own warehouse clean, imagine the job once they get your deposit.
