After investigating which retailers are 3m approved I came across Universal Tint. They did not disappoint at any point. Nicola in their management team was incredibly patient with providing me with quotes/amended quotes for my car and getting me booked into a time that suited with my hectic schedule (being out of town and all and working flat out). On arrival Grier who was in charge of doing the tinting met with me and helped me understand the process and was very much a pleasure to deal with. It turned out I already had existing tint on my rear window which I didn’t even realise but was no trouble and were happy to accomodate getting that taken off too.
I’m definitely not one for writing many reviews if any but honestly appreciate a genuine business that looked out for my best interests and helped me understand the process even more. If I need any further tints done I will be sure to get back in contact and will be recommending you guys to my mates as well.

Excellent Service - the office team and technicians were all great to work with. Installation was timely and they kept us informed of exactly when they would be arriving. Definitely recommend them to others looking for window tinting.

My wife and I used Universal Tint for our balcony some time ago: four tall sliding doors. We were so happy with their work that we used them again to apply window film tint on our dining room windows and our two bedrooms. Every aspect of the interaction between us and them was professional: from the telephone conversations with the administration to the measuring and installation process. Highly recommended.

With no clue about the tinting I called all the local firms and the universal receptionist was most pleasant and professional which swung it. Workshop is in a great spot to walk to the mall while the car is worked on. The workshop was clean and professional looking so I was not concerned to leave the car. Perfect results so far guess the real test is in another year or so but it’s a warranty product so no concerns.

The universal tint team applied 3M prestige 70 tinted films onto our kitchen windows and skylight. I was really impressed with how quickly & efficiently Nicola replied to all our enquiries. Jon & his team came to confirm the measurements and then installed the films on a separate date. The whole thing went smoothly and the end result is amazing. The tint is subtle, but I feel very comforted to know that it is blocking 99.9% of UV light. Thank you Universal tint team!

Used their services for my campervan. Professional and friendly staff and exceptional quality work done. Used 5% tint at the back and 35% at the front as per their recommendations and it's perfect for privacy.

Universal did a great job - front windows tinting - and for a really reasonable price. Great workmanship and product. Dropped my car off for my booking. Was told 1.5 hours, but within 45 minutes the car was ready, despite there being 3 other cars in front of me in the queue. Will return next time I need tinting.

I can’t recommend more highly, Nicola was our first point of contact, explained the different window tints for my Kia Stonic. Also quoted a price which was very good. Thrilled with the finished product and I love that they put a sticker over my auto window button so I wouldn’t put my windows down. Just the extra touch I loved. Nicola gave great service, very knowledgeable.

Had my C63s AMG wagon tinted here today. Nothing but brilliant. Nicola and the team were courteous, friendly, professional and above all full of good knowledge to help my make the right decision on my tint and darkness. I also got them to apply an AMG decal to the top of the front windscreen and they nailed it perfect which satisfied my OCD as it has to be lined up spot on in middle. Job was done in 4hrs. Great price and will definitely return for other cars in the future. Highly recommended! Thanks guys.

We contacted Universal with quite a dilemma. Our tinting had been scratched badly by the painter's sanding disc. Thankfully we were able to get a quote and the job of removing the tint done within a short time frame as our house was to go up for sale the following week. Thank you Universal for such a professional and helpful attitude. We are happy.
