A staff member assisted me in locating a great bag for my aunt as we had a flight next day, and his attitude was genuinely down-to-earth. Would love to visit again

Had a really great experience with the staff today in store whilst picking up a click and collect in a rush! Amir in particular was brilliant- incredibly efficient in getting my order together, and extremely friendly and helpful in offering me alternate options to the items unavailable. Thank you all very much, what a great team!

As amazing as the Universal Store is, Noel's the one who deserves these 5 stars! For a person who isn't too picky cause I can't make decisions, Noel helped me pick out the best dress for my birthday! I think she has access to my mind and probably a secret stash hidden in depths of Universal Store to get the perfect dress I wished for! Noel made my day by being extra helpful which she just chose to be because she could and I can't be grateful enough. She's the reason why retail experience changed for me, making me realize how helpful sales women, like her, can actual be! I'm so glad for her and I will be back because of her! Definitely requires a raise just for her hardwork and efforts!

The lady that helped me tonight was the best! She said I looked like a mermaid and helped me pick out what to get ️️

The girls there were more than happy to have me return my online orders which did not fit. Even though it was afterpay they still were diligent enough to return my orders and reorder my new ones

Went in to find an emergency shirt and found the perfect one. The staff were amazing and so easy to talk to while also being very witty and funny. I enjoyed my shopping experience massively and I’m very glad I was served by a marvellous member of staff

Big selection for an Universal Store and both staff members we interacted with were super helpful with getting sizes etc.

Shopping in store average looking around browsing, as been approached 3 times if im ok for everything twice by the same girl and another from another nice girls, but then felt as if I was been followed around the shop and bumping off me to check my bag.felt as if they thought I was robbing the shop.

Came in on a busy Thursday night to refund a bunch of clothes I ordered online, in store. Emma who was helping me was very friendly and radiated positive energy.very grateful for her help.her customer service is perfect, and that is so rare these days!

I’m one of the big fans of universal store, normally I shop there whenever I have a chance to.

Today I visited the store after work with a messy look, the way the staffs looked at me was a bit awkward. Normally the staffs there are so nice, greeting and asking if we need help but not these two today.
The main reason I was a bit upset was bc when I was about to leave the store, there where two teenage boys that came in and the security sound came on and I left the store right after them.
Then One of the staff rash to me and ask to check my bag, I understand it’s there job and he might haven’t seen what actually happened but anyways he kept looking at my other shopping bag (clothes as well) that I just bought from another store I even provided him the receipt it was a little embarrassing tbh in front of lots of people. So I opened my hand bag for him to look as well bc he wouldn’t give up for searching. Then he leaves without any apologies.

So the staffs today I’ll say they’ll judge and treat you from your looks.

Luisa helped me pick out some clothes for Christmas and after a stressful day she was exactly what I needed! 6 stars!

Went to this store due to an error in an online order and worker Jess gave me hand. Jess was lovely, incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Highly recommend this store!

Super sweet and helpful staff! I love the selection of clothes at Universal Store and they always have gorgeous new items to fit with current styles.
