I love visiting this place. The staff are so easy to communicate with. They make sure you're happy with your purchase. You can have a laugh and joke, and if you're lucky, you might get to meet the fantastic mobile coffee lady as well. A great experience all round.

Just had laminate flooring and new carpet fitted by Universal flooring Yallah. 10 out 10 from our initial discussions with Matt through to the quote which was fully explained in detail. The excellent customer service is only as good as the end product and we were not disappointed. The installation of the flooring and carpet was performed by very professional installers who where courteous and did an excellent job.
