Collecting rubbish from bins in the rush hours during time where people to get to the jobs and school creating more traffic than it already did

Your lady driver almost hit me head-on when she did not indicate that she was turning right and backing off at the corner of Grafton Crescent and Kempsey Close in Dee Why this afternoon at around 12: 40-12: 55. Before that dangerous and utterly reckless manuever happened, that black truck was unloading rubbish at Grafton Cres. It is a very narrow street (cul-de-sac) area. There was a car in front of me and both of us had to stop to give way. She let the first car pass thru but when it’s my turn to go, this lady driver suddenly turned right without indicating almost hitting me head-on that at that moment I had to slam on my brakes. She kept going. I did not see her indicating that she was about to turn right and do a reverse to Kempsey Close. Otherwise I would have stopped and gave way. She kept yelling at me and cursing as if I’m the one at fault. She was nasty and rude - unacceptable behaviour from supposedly a professional driver. I was with my workmates and they witnessed as well that your lady driver did not turn the right indicator on so I presumed that she was heading straight! You have to instill to the mind of this lady driver that she has to do the right thing and not act like she’s the king of the road of some third world country! This near miss could have ended up a tragic accident.

Contractors to North Sydney Council who will do the bare minimum and wriggle out of their duties. And when called, will provide utterly rude and disgusting customer service.

I have been a business customer of URM for over 10 years. I have finally made the change to a local rubbish collection service, as URM's service is less than desirable. It has severely deteriorated over the last few years and I finally had enough.
Hard to get a hold of, no accountability taken and miss-collections happen on a regular occasion, which leaves me constantly wasting unnecessary time following up on rubbish removal. There is no benefit to being a loyal customer and I would highly recommend re considering them as your choice for commercial rubbish collection.

Worst service ever. Our cafe use URM commercial service more than 10 year, still got this kind worst treat. Since last Wednesday, our bottle bin stay on the street more than one week, nobody pick it up, we call the office everyday, every time different people and tell us the job is pending, the only thing they can do is booking another pick up, and till now, the bin still there. This is a cafe business, nobody can leave the bin in front of customers for more than one week. By the way, there is no way to complain, you only can call the same number again and again. Our customer number is 11955, I hope if some one in URM can contact us after they see my post. It is totally awful.

Thank you to the wonderful team at URM. My 2 year old was given a small toy bin by the driver of our local garbage collection team. Unfortunately the bin was taken from outside our place a few days later (my toddler likes putting rubbish in it, and leaving it out to be collected!). I contacted the the team, who managed to find several replacement bins for us. Blew my toddler's mind! Thanks for going above and beyond.

It's hard enough to get URM to even pick up your rubbish consistently much less the try to contact or get a call or email returned.
They have pathetically low standards of customer service and still fail to achieve them. I would not rely on URM to sit the right way on a toilet seat.

URM do not respond. Missed a service, and we cannot get hold of them. Left VM's and tried holding on - days later - have STILL not heard back from them. Would not recommend. Poor service.by that I mean NO SERVICE: (very disappointed.
