United Petroleum Rydalmere reviews
7 Dodge petrol station.
My car fills only 70LT max. It wasn't empty when I went to this place and the system showed I filled 75LT. I said that was way wrong.
The guy on the Desk said "I'll call my manager cause I'm new here"
The manager said the system is right and he didn't even checked the pump. He laughed at me and said some people put diesel in jelly cans. I wasn't in head space to call the police. Paid $150.
The I went to other petrol station with less diesel than I had when I went to this place and I spent only 57LT to get my van full filled.
No wonder this petrol station is always empty. Stay far away from there if you care about your car.
They have E10 ULP P95 P98 E85 Diesel LPG And Adblue on pump to meet all customers needs
Friendly staff and easy experience but did not ask about or give me a bag for my stuff.
0 customer service. Do not even know the difference between Refill and swap n go.
24-Feb-2019, Sunday ~5PM. It wasn't busy, I stopped straight at a pump. It seems like the newest United station I've seen around Sydney Metro. I'll admit, I mostly get petrol from United stations because (as far as I know) they're the only privately owned company of this sort around Sydney. Sadly, I don't know how much longer they'll last. Unlike some of the other United stations this one seemed equipped with modern pumps/equipment like any other megacorporation stations. The staff is (are?) friendly, prices are decent and I never had issues with the fuel. I've attached a receipt from this particular station as proof of patronage.

Number 10 is leaking fuel. When you pull out the gun from it’s vertical position the fuel just leaks without pressing the lever. It was not going in to my girlfriend’s car it just kept clicking so I waved the guy responsible at the front. $1.38 leaked on to the floor I cleaned it up and moved on to the next one. Filled up. Went to pay. The guy started yelling at me. I told him let’s go look at the pump, I literally waved you down. He said it’s working fine someone else just filled up with it. I told him it’s the gun, he probably used another fuel! He proceeded to yell at me appallingly, with complete and utter disrespect. I got charged $1.38 extra. I’m a hard working uni student who works extremely hard for little money in the little time a week I have. Regardless of the cost, it is about the principle, he shamelessly took advantage of an opportunity to earn any extra cent he could. We tested the gun in front of him as he watched through the glass and it just poured out. He turned away as if I didn’t see it. We have video proof. I cleaned the fuel with water after and drove off. Absolutely disgusting service.
