Tidy place, but we bought Ham cheese and tomato sandwich and chicken Casear wrap. Hubby said the wrap was dry and not a good taste. My sandwiches were OK, but we both felt bit upset stomach afterwards. Sausage rolls were OK though.

Stopped here to buy fuel and thought we’d have lunch. A bathroom visited dissuaded us as it was filthy! Do not stop here… its gross!

Pies are microwaved making them hot on the outside and cold in the middle. Clearly thawed from frozen incorrectly so they are watery on the inside too. Really expensive drinks and snacks too. Probably won’t stop here again unless I’m desperate.

Nice flavour pies but no temp consistency. 1 pie has was hot cold and warm. The other 2 where burning hot and cold

Facilities are consistently disgusting, absolutely filthy, pies are always cold.
Pie Face and United need to pay better attention to the quality and standards maintained with the Glen Innes franchise. Deplorable management, service, hygiene and food handling practices.

Good variety of pies and always good to find a servo in the middle of the nights that's open.

Hot chocolate from machine tasted like off warm milk, straight in the bin. Amenities absolutely filthy. Seems to be a big problem in a lot of service stations. Just disgusting.

Worst customer service ever, very rude and not friendly! What a shame, such a successful business at this location should have trained staff and treat customers with dignity, those two Indian guys from last two nights were very rude to me and my mates, we have refuelled our two utes and purchased stuff over $300 and one of them was telling my mate to call me out from the toilets to pay the fuel! What the heck? Asking someone to leave the toilets and come to pay for the fuel! Never gonna comeback here! Hey owner Improve your customer service mate your losing customers eachday! Lost me and my 6 cousins around $500 a week easy! Bye

Absolute Joke. Had to spend the night in my truck there, only place to park. Thought I’d get up and have breakfast. Went in and had a wash got some food and while I was at the counter looking for some ear phones and a charger the bloke the huffed we have nothing for iPhone I told him I wanted a USB C and he huff off throwing my stuff down. This is a shorter version but the gist is a man like that has no business being in a role that he is in, it has turned into a disgrace the bathrooms and truck amenities. Three times let down now. Never again

Terrible customer service! Tuesday night 11: 45pm The staff were extremely rude. I think he’s not interested to work at night.

Terrible place. Was there in the middle of the day, had a truck and LV waiting on fuel, 2 people waiting at the door, 1 worker running around prioritising the bins and windscreen buckets over profit and sales!
Toilets are discusting! Even if hygiene was not a priority right now.
I went there just use the loo, I Forgot my mask so I had to buy a pack for $10 then went to use the filthy restrooms and they were closed due to lights not turning on?

Excellent staff they are very helpful, can find all kinds of fuel and they have clean pumps & restrooms, especially there pies and donuts are excellent they are hot all the times

Had to wait 20 menutes as attendant wandering around the bousers, fuel ok price but severe inconvenience for someone with a long drive ahead of them

Personal and lovely interactive people. Great cooks and care about the work they do. For me, best restaurant in town. Two big thumbs up.

Dishonest staff who don’t honour prices advertised in store.
When I addressed this with staff I wasn’t given a correct refund
