I have been seeing Dr Fleisch for long enough to know that he is the best in the business and he cares for each and every one of his patients and their family.

I am only reviewing as I am a little upset that his reviews have gone from 5 star to 3.9 star just from a couple of disgruntled patients who haven’t even seen him!
It is my experience in life that if you wish to see the best doctor you have to wait, the best doctors pretty much always run late! Sad reality but it’s true! Perhaps if people are so short on their time they should be the first person booked in that day and be on time! Just saying…. Am a bit disappointed in google that they have lowered one of my favourite Doctors and my favourite Psychologists Vivien Suttner from patients who didn’t even have the patience to wait for the Doctor! I do not blame the Doctor for not replying to their email! The patient basically cancelled / walked off because she / he was impatient. 5 stars ️ they both need 100 stars each. The mental health system is getting full from the way the world is right now - single working mothers are homeless, single people are homeless, the cost of living is placing a pressure on everyone and people are being evicted because they can’t afford rent increases of $200 $300 and $400. People need to be kind, have a heart and be patient for the good doctors that’s all I’m saying! Peace out. Amen

I made appointment with Dr Nathan around Sep-Oct for Feb. I showed up on time, waited for 30 more minutes but no one showed up. I wasn’t alone in the waiting room, there were two other people and no one acknowledged us at all even though there were two psychiatrists walking around and talking to each other. I wasn’t able to wait any longer as I had work commitments so I left. After that I emailed explaining the situation but no one responded to me. Honestly, I’m shocked that professionals working in mental health field can work like this. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been seeing psychiatrist, Dr Fleisch for about 7 years now and I can’t write enough good things. A highly invested expert with a deep care for humanity. He needs a clone.

The OT has been the greatest help with my daily living and routines. So much advice from Feleena have become life mantras. Her organised structure and therapeutic approaches are highly recommended.

Psychologist is a patient and caring professional. I can truly be myself in a safe environment. There is a calming and trusting nature about Vivien that time feels flies by so quick when in session with her.

The receptionists, George and Tahlia are so friendly and warm. They are personable and help you with your needs and queries promptly.

Dr Nathan is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a psychiatrist.

Have not been to the clinic, but female receptionist was so warm and soothing on the phone.its rare to meet people that kind.
