A huge thanks to Joe Safi and team at United Realty for all their assistance, guidance and great work in the months leading up to the fantastic auction result achieved for the property in December. In particular to Joe for the ready availability of his time and professional experience as we worked closely on how best to prepare and present the property to market.

I had never been through the auction process and must admit I was scared. I can’t thank the team at United enough especially Charlie & Tanya for helping me navigate through a very stressful and important decision. I felt truly supported, educated on the process and guided through the process on the day. I did not doubt in their assistance at all even though they were the listing agent. I cannot say that I have ever felt that I could trust a real estate agent that way. I will be recommending this agency to as many people as I can. Their service is outstanding. Thankyou so much for helping me find my dream home xxxx

My wife and I would like to say a very special thankyou to Shane Brown of United Acreage & Property for the great work he and his team have done with the sale of our property.
He always keep clear, honest, professional communication with us on a daily basis.
His work ethics are second to none showing potential buyers through the house on many a late night.
Our experience with Shane was outstanding and wouldn't hesitate to work with him in the future.
I would highly recommend the experience.

Thankyou Shane & the United Acreage & Property team for a great result.

Regards
Jason

Would never use this company salesman brent was so over the top told many lies re property and even hassled our solicitor. In reply to your review our offer was accepted but brent pushed and pushed to have the deal finalised before Xmas and even rang our solicitor and told her to get us to close which is not very professional as we told him not to talk to our solicitor and let the 2 solicitors do their job in getting all the non compliances on the prooerty why don't you ring us to get a better understanding of our review.

Nathan and Ed both worked extremely hard to get an awesome result to sell our house in Hinchinbrook. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the team at United to buy or sell and we are looking forward to settling on an investment property soon that the team at United are going to manage for us

Unusually sloppy marketing appear to be the main problems here, new neighbours endeavouring to " reclaim" land that was never part of their newly purchased lots can lead to bad blood and a difficult settling in period. Locals will tell you avoid at all costs, as nobody wants the troubles generated by newbies arriving full of mis-information & armfuls of new fencing. Advertising clearly showing neighbouring properties as part of prospective sales lots appeared far too often in several searches. But yes, look at the fine print and a waiver of caveat emptor.

However, I have been informed that this often occurrance was merely administrative errors, many times over? How many times over one asks? One would need to research former advertising and compare to council records to be sure. It does seem like a lot of work needed to ensure one is actually buying exactly what they believe they are being sold. Gullible buyers must share this blame. Buyers need be alert. They should be using the mistakes displayed to their advantage. If a property as displayed for sale, has land content 30% more than what is actually on title deeds, then it is only fair to be paying 30% less than the asking price. Instead of disrupting quiet communities, the onus needs be put back onto torpid sales staff. Property inspections should be done by walking the boundaries with the actual survey results. Property surveys or Council records should be used to identify boundaries - not just left to the conveyancer to tick his boxes.
So by all means, look into what these people are trying to sell, it is quite likely you can find a bargain. Make their errors your gains. ️

Melinda Bargallie did an amazing job selling our home. She and the United Team contacted buyers in the database and we had multiple inspections and offers before we even went to market, and we had a massive turnout at the first open home. In a market that was supposedly doom and gloom, we achieved a great sale price above our expectations in a short time and the whole thing was so smooth and far less stressful that we anticipated. Thank you so much to Melinda and the whole sales team at United as well as the marketing/admin/support team, we know it wasn't due to luck that we had such a great experience.
