United (Pie face)

Went there this morning and the person serving was where the pies are and I was looking at the pies, he seen me and walked away without asking me if he could help, he must have been about a minute, I said hello and he said that he was busy, I then left e erything and walked out the door, you guys need to train your staff.

The Service here is amazing, the quality of the pies is very fresh and tasty, the staff are very friendly, they always have a smile and it is clear they are very well trained. Had no issues whatsoever with anything, this is a great station. I enthusiastically encourage everyone to go there and try the pies when in need of a pit stop trust me you will not regret it. They also have loads of necessities incase one does need any. Thank you:)

If i’m being honest i’ve not been to a greater service centre while going on a long trip with my beautiful wife and 3 kids, this united was the perfect way to stretch out our tired bodies and have a great pit stop before heading back in our journey. The wife and kids loved their meat pies and i loved my chicken and avocado sandwich, the customer service at the counter was beyond imaginable and the petrol prices well they were brilliant. I’m just not sure there’s a better service/petrol station out there.

Look mate. I’m just truly astounded by the level of professionalism at this petrol station. The customer service is out of this world. Staff is so kind and always willing to help out. And i can’t forget about the pies. The flavour is out of this world. I have never ate something so good in my life. And trust me I have ate a lot of stuff. As an obese Australian I eat a whole families dinner with ease. If i could I would devour the petrol station as well. It is just that amazing

Overall in my experience, the staff displayed great customer service whilst being able to create a safe environment for the customers! Since the new owners have taken over, this united has become much better and much more efficient.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would bad service and rude staff need to learn manners with customers.

Would rate zero if I could. Placed a delivery order for Pie Face for their vegan pies but they just rejected the order. Why list them if you’re not willing to make them?

Disgusting service! Previous owners were so much nicer. They are over charging more than 2% for eftpos transactions and making extra money from customers during these difficult times. They are only charged 0.2%, yet they add over 2% additional on these rates. The rude man had the audacity to ask me for cash! Will never go back and would suggest others go elsewhere where there are more honest service stations.

Love United! Only place to get e85 on the northern beaches and I hope that they never stop offering it! The staff are ways nice and never had an issue with fuel wuality

Friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located petrol station, with a good supply of grocery items, and many other everyday goods.

One of the cheapest petrol station is northern beaches always cheeper price and LPG is also available, on very good location don’t need to go inside the suburb, always clean site and very helpful and excellent customer service staff here, inside store is not very big but most of the stuff is available which is mostly available on petrol stations and fresh and very tasty pies in very good price is also available here which is not available everywhere

What a great feeling when you hungry and you find a pie from haven

Usually a couple of cents a litre less than other petrol stations. Too, their pies are a favourite of my son.just like my own mum used to make.

Fabulous Service. The Manager Tong was so helpful when I found myself in a bit of a jam. He really went above and beyond to help.

Good service, great location and often the cheapest on the beaches. The coffee is not bad either and cheap!
