Steve and Chris made the whole process of renovating an old kitchen and bathroom into great looking rooms. It was transformed from a 70's looking rooms into modern rooms with a lot of extra storage.

They were efficient and communicated extensively throughout the whole renovation. Highly recommend UBK to anyone.

Steve and Chris created our absolute dream home for us! We bought a run down apartment near UNSW which had been used as a student rental and needed a lot of love.

Steve helped us to create a beautiful and timeless design, optimising some of the smaller spaces to enhance functionality and create a sense of space.

We did a full floor to ceiling renovation, including bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, balustrades, electrical and paint. Steve ran a very tight ship and delivered on time (to a very ambitious 10 week timeline!) and to a very reasonable budget.

The whole UBK team were professional, efficient and well organised. The site stayed very clean and many of our new neighbours commented afterward that there was minimal disruption for them.

We are so grateful to Steve and Chris for their wonderful customer service. They both had great communication, kept us well informed on progress and helped to explain anything we didn’t understand. The whole process was really enjoyable and we’re now living in a beautiful home that has well surpassed our expectations!

From the first point of contact phoning the showroom in Surry Hills, to the moment the keys were handed back, through a Sydney lockdown, we were in the reassuring, competent, efficient, skilful and professional capable hands of Steve. A gentle giant!

Steve is well respected by his boutique network of home renovation businesses throughout Sydney he referred us to, from picking tiles to wallpaper, to the colour of the paint, to the floorboards and the appliances both kitchen and bathroom; he is always in the background to help with crucial decision making. Complemented by their in-house custom-made cabinets and joinery.

Chris and the office staff looked after the Strata approval and relevant paperwork including architectural drawings.
The billing is spread out over the duration of the project and itemised to the last $. Staying within budget.

The team of tradesmen are top shelf craftsmen, reliable and tidy, respectful towards other unit owners following strata rules.

We started with a studio and after a total reconfiguration of the floor plan by Steve, in which we kept being updated with 3D drawings throughout the process, we ended up with a one bedroom apartment with an internal laundry, workstation, modernised balcony and ample storage.

Steve came for on site inspection. It was a quick inspection and he offered great ideas. Unfortunately not a single suggestion was reflected in his quote. The quote was generic.

We approached Steve and Chris about renovating our church kitchen (about 12sqm). They gladly took it on even though it was only a small job. Steve walked us through the redesign of the kitchen, suggested ideas which would improve the space, and didn't take any shortcuts. All the trades who came were friendly, professional and did quality work. We really appreciate Steve and Chris' efforts and attitude even with our small budget and short time frame. STEVE! I would recommend this man to anyone. He put my vision into a kitchen, bathroom and home and listened to every detail for me. The quality of the work from the entire team is more than i could have ever hoped for. Everything was prebuilt for me before settlement of my property and they started on the exact hour they said they would. During the work they were open to new ideas, and i know these new ideas took them extra time and effort but they never complained, always with a smile and the vision to make it work. The work is finished on time and i know Steve will be there if i need help with anything ongoing. Im living in the place and im mindblown by what i now own. This really is a unique service.

The renovation of the kitchen. The design work is excellent. Steve present the idea is good and provide constructive advices. Steve always follow up the job progresses in person. He was communicative, informative kept us up to date with his arrival time and also had a very polite manner. At completion of the job he asked if we had any questions and volunteered to help me move furniture back in position that I shifted to allow access. He also explained the job would be cheaper if we done things a certain way.anyway he clearly had the client interest at heart. I wanted a bathroom and kitchen renovation and I was glad that I went with UBK. Steve and Chris went above and beyond during the whole project and Steve made sure I was in the loop from start to finish. Beyond expectation completion of total kitchen renovation including removing and laying floor tiles in less than 3 weeks.

We were immediately put in trust at our first discussion with Steve. We showed him and explained what we wanted to do in our small bathroom. The discussion was easy, although the transformation was not easy to do.
After taking the measurements, they produced a 3D image of the project and 3 weeks later they all arrived and got to work, and in a few hours our bathroom was transformed.
