Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Kat. She did an amazing job today on correcting my colour with a root stretch. It looks EXACTLY how I wanted it to and I’m so happy with it. Could NOT be more stoked.

After two not great experiences with other salons I’m so thankful for today. All the staff I dealt with were wonderful and Kat just nailed exactly what I asked for, such an expert.

I loved this hairdresser Siobhan was amazing! Such great attention to detail and knowledgeable of her service. A friendly atmosphere cross the perfect place to relax. My hair felt so nice afterwards and i was able to relax with an amazing scalp massage. Beautiful decor and provides nice snacks! Will definitely be back

The ladies are always lovely and welcoming, great head massage by the apprentice Siobhan, and an amazing hair cut by Marie.

Absolutely love going to Union Jacks. Joanne has been doing my hair for three years and knows what works for me and it's so relaxing. The new place at Sorlie Road is fabulous.highly recommend

I had a wash, treatment and trim. The staff are lovely, the salon is nice and I'm really happy with my haircut. I will definitely be going back.

Felt so looked after and listened to on that first appointment, it was a whole experience rather than an in and out as quickly as possible. It’s important to me to form a meaningful bond as I spend a fair bit of time at my salon. Colour looks great and the cut was just what I wanted and needed. I had an appointment with Jo yesterday. She was doing a cut, foils, and some colour to cover some nasty silver hair. I had a consultation with her a few days before which was absolutely great and she really got what I wanted to have done. I’m so pleased with the cut and with the colour and with thoroughly recommend going to see her at the salon. Everyone there was so pleasant and made a really great experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of the people there as the people who I saw leaving after having had their hair done looked fabulous.

It was so relaxing and beautiful when I walked in. It’s a hidden gem. The service and staff were great.loved my hair cut. So glad I found this place can’t wait to go back x

Absolutely worth everything I could have asked for - Caitlin was so accommodating to my needs, listened to my requests, making my experience amazing. Even with my 5 month old in tow, there was no issue with having her tag along! Would highly recommend Union Jacks for foils and a fantastic experience!

It's pretty rare that clients can book with any of the staff in their favourite salon and always receive exceptional hair-care but it's certainly true in your salon. So, lockdown hair had me go from bleach blonde to roots that wouldn’t look out of place in a rainforest. I walked in praying for the Union Jacks team to fix my hair and fix it they did. I’ve gone dark with a touch of blonde running through and everyone loves it. Nothing feels as fresh as new hair!

The salon is spotless, larger than before and buzzing with activity. Everyone is lovely and they really like to get to know their clients. It may not be on a high street with everyone else but Union Jacks is an absolute gem and I'd be very hard pushed to be enticed anywhere else now I've found it.
