We required urgent testing of some tiles recently installed at my workplace for the purposes of obtaining an OC. Steve and Jose were amazing with their response time and ability to coordinate one of their technicians (Hector) to attend site and perform the test. Their professionalism and efficient approach was very much appreciated, turning the job around in 24hrs.
