We are so happy to finally have an air conditioning system that efficiently heats and cools. Our old system was too small for the house and Tony was able to work out exactly what we needed. Tony and his crew at Unicorn Aircon have installed ducted airconditioning for our upstairs and a split system downstairs. We are highly satisidied with the quality of the installation and robustness / maintainability of their workmanship backed with their 5 year warranty, this is worth the good money we have paid for this reverse cycle, inverter solution.
We know Tony from a few years ago when he restored our older LG airconditioner and it still worked well when we decided to upgrade. So this is "repeat business for Unicorn" and we have engaged them to augment this with ventilation system as well next month. The work was done over two days and the crew did well to reduce the disruption to our place, they left it overall as clean as they found it.

We recommend highly Unicorn as reliable local business. They provide quality merchandise with honest and reliable service. By the time you've read this, we will have engaged them thrice already, and at each point compared them to the available competition.

We used Unicorn Air to install an upgraded ducted heat and new cool system. The whole process was seamless and everyone worked tirelessly to get the job done, even having to return another day more than planned to finish the job to the highest of standards. The team even removed an old split system at the back of the house that did not work. Thanks so much again guys!

We have utilised the services of Unicorn Air Conditioning on a least 2 occasions following excellent reviews on the West Pymble website. I cannot speak highly enough of Tony & his team. He essentially fixed an upstairs' air-conditioning issue where room temps where uncomfortably uneven. The second occasion he recommended and installed a roof extraction fan (side of gable) which has dramatically reduced the temp upstairs (by up to 10 degrees on hot days) so we now don't need to run air-con on moderately hot days. Unicorn are very professional, know their stuff and I in my opinion are very reasonable for the quality of their work. I have happily referred them on to other satisfied customers. I have much pleasure in writing this review for Unicorn Air Conditioning. I highly recommend Unicorn Air Conditioning. They did a very professional job at my place. I was recommended a Daikin premium ducted system coupled with Westaflex 1.2Rm Greenduct. I just want people to know there is a huge difference in the quality of the product that Unicorn Air Conditioning uses compared to other installers i contacted for quotes. Quotes are done by licensed air conditioners installers rather than sales people and they knnow their work well. Pricing was really competetive yet quality of install was unmatched. Extremely happy with the professionalism. Daikin unit is working perfectly fine. Prompt, on time and clean service. Thanks guys.
