Hi, next time please be careful with every cargo shipment. Few months ago, I use UCA to sent my clothes stuff and mixer, and almost 40% of my stuffs are gone INCLUDING MY MIXER. Yet for my mixer itself, I only got $100 refund for a mixer which cost more than $300. I didn’t know how it happened, because my friend used a different cargo yet his cargo arrived safe and sound.
