Exceptional Training - I have completed all my training, courses and Cpd points with under the hammer over the past 8 years and could never use another company. We updated our yearly CPD points recently with James Hurley from Under The Hammer - all I can say is; I can't believe i enjoyed being back in a class room. I just completed the Real Estate Assistant course with James Hurley and want to say what an amazing trainer he is. Another fantastic call by Charlie Powell today at Earlwood. Perfect interaction with 10 registered bidders both before and during the auction, resulting in a whopping $106,000 over reserve sale. There are many parties that bring together a property transaction, but the final icing on the cake is gathering the prospective buyers in front of Charlie, who works his magic by drawing the absolute most out of each and every buyer. Charlie, you're the best.
