Uncle Leo's Roadhouse reviews
37If I could give 0 stars I would. I pulled in wanted and needing a shower and go to the toilet. They wanted my truck key. I refused to give my truck key to a total stranger. For all I know he could have given my truck to a mate of his and steal the truck while I was in the shower. So they refused to let me use their amenities. Again I'm not gonna hand my truck key to anyone. This guy looked shady as anything too.
Pull up, get fuel, walk inside, air-conditioning shop and get greeted with a friendly smile staff member, great fast service,
Just finished off a road trip and stop at this place. Cupachino was awesome and the staff were so friendly. BP really have done an amazing overhaul here as in the past it wasn't the best but now there has been so much improvements and the staff look happy again. Well done BP for turning this place around. Highly recommend for a stop here to break up the journey to Wagga Wagga from Sydney. Nice work!
What can I say, truly spectacular service, it’s clean, fresh food and hearty portions with every meal. The staff there are wonderful and the managers there are helpful with any concerns I’ve ever had. I recommend stopping here whenever going past as you’ll never experience a petrol station like this ever again.
To many truck park up and leave for the day and nights. Not good for us interstate drivers
Im female truck driver and am usually disgusted at the amenities at truck stops, but they have recently renovated and they have really nice clean showers. They even have a seperate female shower room.
Truck parking a problem. Couple of the local driver parking there trucks makes it hard for a interstate driver to fuel, park, shower, eat and sleep there.
Service a little slow, so a quick fuel stop turned into 25 mins. And then the rain started.
We were recommended to go here and it didn't disappoint us. We were served quickly by friendly staff. The food was actually very good and the Coffee was at a temperature you could drink straight away. The seating areas were clean and tidy as were the amenities.
Service has gone backwards from ampol to bp. Staff not able to use or manage the the Australian language. Must be the sign of the times.
Staff very very very very rude, no customer service skills at all. All you need to know is It’s not the only petrol station in Sydney. Stop pretending and behaving as you are the one.never ever going back
Push factors encourage people to leave their points of origin and settle elsewhere, while pull factors attract migrants to new areas
Rude manager (but at least the cashier was nice). Low quality and overpriced food, would not recommend unless desperate.
Wouldn't even bother stopping walked in walked straight out! Lady behind counter clearly doesn't wanna be there to busy chatting away should have guessed that as there's like 3 trucks in hole joint
It’s amazing just how much of a markup on prices are. Like not just normal servo prices, more like everything is coated in 24k gold… except they keep the gold kind of thing. The food is horrible, the staff are pushy and rude, the fuel prices don’t justify the markup on everything else. This place is more for truckies but as such, they’re (including me) paying for the renos they just did. I hate coming here but it’s here or pheasants nest and that’s just as bad. No one looks after the drivers that paved the way for their business to grow. Almost $60 for a pack of 25’s ciggies too.extortion and capitalism at its finest
Used to be a good place before they renovated it. Stop have a meal. Must get a bank loan if you want a sandwich and coffee $18
Now they make you wait about 15min to get a sandwich and they give you the wrong order but you take it anyway due to waiting time when not even busy and table's always dirty. So much for the 1.5M apart rule. Spend 10min in there you'll know what I'm talking about. Anyway after 20yrs going here might find somewhere else to go. Cheers
Stopped to heat up my food and buy some drinks and no they cannot heat up my meal and no public microwave.the excuse was covid19 but its not.the reason is so u buy their unhealthy meals.what disgrace.
Been coming through here for years.love the new reno.great food great service. People are always quick to complain but I find it nicer to say Thankyou
Good food and shower has planty of room really clean tidy truck stop great parking for singles and B-Doubles
Was pretty good, some things could be interpreted as expensive but I thought the prices were ok, considering you can’t get a steak and chips anywhere around Campbelltown after 9pm on a weeknight.
By the time we arrived none of us wanted to wait for a full meal.
So we tried the chips and a few thick shakes, I must say they were great.
Food was ok and service was reasonably fast too.
$2 for a big container of chips with sauce
Plus at the section where you can sit in stools they have a USB charge station too and a good view from here.
