Put the mower in for a service and gladdened by the experience. The work was done speedily and well at reasonable cost. I will recommend them to everyone. Thanks to young Josh for his great service.

Needed parts and advice for servicing a broken Sthil chainsaw and grass-trimmer. Sam was friendly, gave excellent customer service and sound mechanical expertise in problem-solving a solution.

Popped into the shop this morning and it was an all round incredible experience. The team were so friendly and helpful, particularly Sam who went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us stay in our budget. Highly recommend.

I've been to Unanderra mower centre 3 times now in the last few weeks, they have all the outdoor, and lawn care equipment you need. Massive range and stock in-store to the customer service took me back in time, perfect. To Rod, Tristan, Mat and the team thanku for your help. Highly recommend giving this local business a call.

The service and attitude of staff at this store is atrocious. Bought a Honda SP domestic which would not self-propel on any grass of about 3cm or higher and absolutely not up an incline. Staff member with beard tested it on footpath and claimed it was fine. Eventually the manager conveyed a message that I could swap it for something else (he would not discuss in person). So, bought a Toro commercial. Got this to first job only to realise that the blade drive had not been connected by the shop staff. Took it back, received no apology form anyone. A month later the pull cord snapped so decided to replace by myself rather than hear a tale of consumable parts and no warranty.
UPDATE: Nov’22 - Blade drive belt snapped at 12 mths after light duties. No parts available for this store’s only Toro commercial walk-behind (nor after 48hrs).

Purchased a Cub Cadet ZT5 54" from UMC - can't speak highly enough of their professionalism and customer service. They had a wide range of different models on the floor (of everything - push mowers, tractor ride-ons, zero turn, chain saws, Trimmers, brush cutters etc) I could spend a lot of time here - and probably a lot more money - thanks UMC.

Parts all mixed and not in order, unaderra pretty much throws together your parts and don't marry them up with invoices do not reccomend.

I read a few reviews here and does not make sense to me. I can’t speak about everyone that works there because I just deal with Tristan “not sure his position” but since day one he is been easy to deal and also we had a big of miss understanding and the way that he sorted out was great, as a business owner I really think he deserve 5 stars for his honestly. Definitely ask for him if you goes there

I had a faulty whipper snipper that would lose power and was impossible to start. I specifically asked the person if it was easy start which it wasn't. They wouldn't fix or replace it and made up different returns policies depending on who you talk to. Since it was a dud and this store wouldn't fix it I had to throw the machine out (only 7 months old).

Lots of mansplaining at this store too.

I have been using UMC over the past 12 months and service and attention i receive from the team are second to none in the region. Their range of new machines is huge and if they dont have what your looking for they will order it in quickly. The team of mechanics are super switched on and always send my machines purring. The ride-on pick up and delivery service is also very handy.

Charged $40 to quote a repair if you reject/decline the cost to repair but then getting told 3 weeks later we cannot get Chinese made parts for this brand machines, never have.
So you literally took money knowing you could not get parts! From the minute I walked in.
Then tell me oh we tested it and diagnosed it.but wait. I took it home and regapped the spark plug and its been working since from not starting at all.
I gave you the opportunity but I guess you guys are trained in taking money off people to make any excuse becauseits easy from people who trust your business.
