We wanted to share our experience of dealing with Vlada on our 309 partner visa.
First of all, Vlada picked up our case after another agent expressed big concerns that our visa would be successful. We with my husband, being married, were living in different countries, what made another agent think, that we are not eligible for 309 criteria. My husband is Australian citizen, and we wanted to unite on Australian territory. Vlada, after the analysis of our personal circumstances, gave us advice to progress and expressed her willingness to support us in that, despite the fact that other agent thought we would not meet the criteria. Vlada's approach was prudent, considerate and creative - not "one - size - fits - all". Life proved Vlada was absolutely right and from the last week our couple became a happy visa holders.
Another big points, except professionalism and knowledge of the laws, that I cannot but mention, are easiness in cooperation, high level of commitment and constant support.

We are not eligible for applying the visa we are after now, but when the time is right, she is definitely the one we go to!
