7 We had last scan before bb born today, and the lady, Jeyan, who did the scan, was to rough with the scanning, which she was using unnecessary pressure on my partner tommy without telling her why, also she didn’t communicate with us about the scan and skipped what we asked for without any explanation. She did the scan in 10 minutes which supposed to take an hour. My partner was so unhappy an so I was.
I will put this complaint officially in Fair Trading
I wouldn't think it is worth $210 for the less-than-10 minutes obstetric ultrasound. The woman who performed ultrasound didn't bother to run through with me for anything of my baby and I had to ask her is it the heart, is it the leg?
I was 8 minutes late as I was looking for street parking and the receptionist kept saying you were late, you didn't show up on time. Really?

The staff (sonographers, administrators, doctors) are all fantastic, especially Jen who is always on top of everything and has gone above and beyond for me during my visits.
My favourite Sonographer is Alexandra. I am a very anxious pregnant person and I will always be requesting her. She has an amazing personality and made me feel so comfortable, always explained what was on the screen and what we were actually looking at.
I look forward to my next visit.

Excellent experience. Ultrasound lady and reception both were friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything finished in almost 1 hrs whereas at other practices you have to wait for 2-3 hrs. Will always come here only for my wife's ultrasound.
Fantastic experience for me! Special thanks to Dr. Maylene who was simply wonderful, skilled and professional! Would definitely have the rest of my ultrasounds done here. Also the lady at the reception was friendly and helpful.
