I was done NT ultrasound today, cuz babe was too naughty and plus I have big fibroid, so it took us over one hour to check babe’s body. But the staff and Doctor were very friendly and be patient to explain what they doing each step. Really make me feel comfortable and relax.

I recently had some scans done at this centre. I am so happy with their service, and can’t recommend them enough. While booking, the receptionist, Goldie, was so helpful and wonderful. She answered all my questions with great patience. The sonographer, Rosie, was amazing too. Before the procedure, she explained everything to us. And while doing the scans, she talked through everything and explained what the scans were showing. I got the results the next day. Great service.

Just had my last scan with my second baby and I've always thought highly of the Macquarie and Randwick locations (i've only been to these). With bub number two i've been going to Macquarie street for work convenience and it's been a very professional experience. Big thank you to Kellie at the Macquarie st location - my last scan was memorable because of your beautiful communication skills and talking me through everything - you obviously love what you do and it's very clear you're a huge asset to that team.

We done a genesyte test and was quote $450. Paid upfront, after all the tests we were charged by the 3rd party provider another $150. When disputed we were advised this cost was covered but as it was a separate provider they could not help us any further.
Then when we got the blood results back they asked us if we wanted to find out the sex. We said the 2nd time we didnt want to know.
When they faxed over the results to my doctors the sex was revealed to myself and no care considered to hide this on the fax when explained multiple times we didnt want to know.
The receptionist and doctor were lovely but the company and processes need improving. Out of pocket and now knowing the sex of my first child is not what we were expecting.

The lady that performed the ultrasound was nice and professional. I had my scan done on a Friday and the next with my doctor was the following Thursday. They did not send the report to my doctor, and did not pick up the phone when the doctor rang them to ask for it during my appointment.

Made a online application to be contacted. Never followed up or heard back from them. Called a couple of times and no one picked up the phone.

Genetic counselling impartial and thoroughly knowledgeable. (Just before 4 on March 2 2018 - she was amazing at her job)

Equipment top grade, consult rooms first class suites.

Sonographers incredibly efficient, clean, polite and professional - they could probably land an A380 with a week's training they are that good at multitasking.

Reception flexible and helpful.

Parking, consider train to circular quay or park at opera house.

Overall the practice is a model service operation from start to finish.

Highly recommended.

Great experience with this practice. Clean, calm with good equipment that you forget that this is a medical procedure. Receptionist and sonographers are nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I always leave more settled by their reassurance.

Waited 30 mins for a scheduled appointment - no apologies. Also was told at the time of the booking that we needed to book when a doctor was available - however following the appointment there was an option for the doctor to call us. They will feed you misinformation to suit them.

On time for lunch time apt, kept waiting for 20 minutes, no explanation or apology. There are other practices to use so this one needs to improve. Customer service training for reception desk staff is required. Could not recommend going there.
