Although I absolutely love the products but I’m very unsure if I’ll purchase again because I’m so disappointed with the packaging. The serum bottle cap crumbled instantly and I had trouble with the twist top from the start and my moisturiser split and won’t pump out easily! I feel for the price of the product the packaging should match.

Worse customer service at Miranda counter today with a young sales lady wearing an ultraceutical uniform. I bought a large Ultra Protect SPF 50 Hydrate, which has been out of stock for about 2 months, at about 1pm today. I asked if I can have a sample for the Matt SPF to try as I am thinking of switching since Hydrate is often out of stock. She was rude in tone saying they don't have any samples and insisted I don't need and insisted they never out of stock for such product. I would have walked away if you have said in a more respectful way and not write about this. I seriously not impressed with such nonsense in service as a regular customer of ultraceutical. High time to take my biz to somewhere else.

I had an appointment with Gloria at Chatswood today for a complimentary facial as I have been using the product for many years. I turned up to Chatswood and Gloria told me the appointment was cancelled. I was so angry as it took a lot of time and effort to get there.
I have decided not to use Ultraceuticals anymore, you should train your staff on customer service.

The Zoom consultation was excellent. I was able to discuss my skin and products that would be suitable for me with Sarah, my Consultant. Her knowledge of the Ultraceuticals products is excellent.

I was then able to order the right products for me and also when to use them.

The products feel great to use. I am confident my skin will improve with the products that were recommended for me.

The follow up to check on progress is a fabulous service and gives me confidence that I am and will continue on the right track for caring and maintaining my skin to look its best.

Great service and very knowledgeable assistant. Helped with my concerns. It’s a shame there were no samples of the product I was interested in.

The only product which worked for my skin as a south asian living in Aus, I have suffered from Acne since 2015 and ever since I got into ultraceuticals my skin has been rapidly improving.

I found the online consultation with Sarah H super helpful, I have been using Ultraceauticals for 10 years but it was nice to get a refresh on how to use the products and also learn more about new products. I now also email Sarah direct for info on new products before I purchase and given the current lockdown circumstances this has been awesome! Thank you!:)

Not changed any things on my skin I am not happy with my products, just them feicial is perfect and you can see lot of change.

I am 58 and have been using the Ultra Brightening Foaming Cleanser and Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF 30 for five years. I love these products and get told often how good my skin looks.

I’ve been using Ultraceuticals in my Lane Cove skin clinic. I’m astonished on a daily basis by the amazing results I can achieve with the in salon treatments & the supporting home care. I’ve been working with this Australian brand for over 20 years now & I’m continually impressed by its evolution. If you want skin care that delivers results you need look no further. Remember prescription is everything, visit your local clinic, talk with the professionals & optimise your outcome. I’ve often had to correct self prescriptions that are totally missing the mark. Hope your skin is amazing!

I use some of the Ultraceuticals products and I'm happy with them. I recently purchased the ultra c firming eye cream and I was very disappointed with the new pump on the eye cream. It was working properly and I ended up having to get the eye cream out with a cotton bud. Not sure if this was a faulty batch but i felt like I wasted my money on this product.

Ultraceuticals totally changed my skin! I'm 62 and often mistaken for 10 years younger. As you can see by my photos my skincare journey with Ultra has helped me look and feel so much better

If you want to see results in your skin you have to start using Ultraceuticals amazing company. Can't recommend this product enough!

Absolutely love the UV Protection range from Ultraceuticals. I noticed early on moving to Aus that my face started showing signs of Sun Damage. I was recommended this by a friend and since trying their Daily Moisturiser I've been thrilled by the results, the non greasy formula and in the level of protection it provides. Super excited to try their other products:)

LIFE-CHANGING SKINCARE RESULTS!
Hands down, this is The BEST cosmeceutical skincare on the market. Not only is it developed for the harsh Australian climate and strong sun- there are no nasties and is animal cruelty free!
I’ve alway had bad skin- with frequent breakouts and lots of sun damage, and would never go out in public without a full face of makeup. Since using Ultra - I immediately saw an improvement in my overall skin condition- and within 4 weeks I was going to the gym without any makeup on! A year later- I’m now on vacation in the Phillipines, and haven’t worn any makeup for the last week- and to top it off, fellow travellers have actually commented on my skin saying how nice it is! I used the Ultraceutricals range recently and saw immediate improvement in my skin. But unfortunately had a not so great reaction to the products. I had spent a lot of money on the products and thought it was wasted however, I got in touch with their Customer Services wod were beyond great! They listened to me, made helpful suggestions as in the end had no qualms about refunding my purchases. I’m just sorry I can’t use the products.

But have they changed their fragrance recipe. My face smells like toilet cleaner now. Why change it! It was perfect.
Returned and tried another tube but still smells awful. From DJs City store.
WHY!

Love Ultraceuticals! Never used a skincare range that has actually made such a change in my skin. Wont use anything else ever again. Really love their Brightening Serum and Protective Daily Moisturiser Sheer Tint.
