The mechanic definitely knows what he is doing, however, they maybe might need to hire someone (maybe) part time at least, to help with mending the front desk?

We went to glebe to service our car. Was told our front breaks needed replacing. Quote us nearly 1k.

We suspected something was up. Got referred to Leo at Ultra Tune. He took a look and was super honest and told us our front breaks were almost new and did not need a replacement. He could have easily gone with our story and tried to make money off us.
Being the fact that we don't know much about cars.

I dropped in for an inspection and David was most accommodating (I came in with 3 young kids and we were treated so well)! The service was efficient and the staff is a delight. Thank you, we’ll be back for sure!

Excellent service with a smile. Leo fixed my punctured tyre quickly and efficiently with 5 mins to spare to closing time!

Good mechanics when you identify and tell them what issue it is and they fix it!
For overall service definitely not this place, they just talk friendly and while away the time.

Went for car inspection check and they failed with basic headlights but gave a complete report saying it’s all good!

Changed my tyres here. One wheel came off after a couple of weeks right on the road. Towed my car again to them to fix it. Ruined my week and car's rim. After fixing it again they tried to charge me full price! For their negligence. Now other mechanics had to fix wheels alignment issues although Ultra Tune guys told me that all wheels are re-aligned properly. Costed another $ and time. I highly do NOT recommend this service.

Excellent Service by Leo. The pink slip was done in 20 mins without any hassle. I would recommend this service center to everyone who wants quality service.

I have booked for log book service on 31st Mar. They did the service but they did not clear the service reminder warning. I took it back to them but they could not clear it.
Initially the price was mentioned as $250, but I ended up paying $100 extra! The car was supposed to get a wash, but was wasn't done properly. So basically with same price as Mazda service center I ended up with further prob to my car, and not cleaned properly. I will not come to this center in future.

Such an amazing team here and so helpful! Totally went out of their way to make my day easier.

Friendly staff, wonderful service and great price! Leo, the mechanic is really pro and patient, help me out timely changing tyres and finishing a wheel alignment. David offered great deal and helpful advices. I was also recommended by a friend and obviously they have built a good reputation.
