Serviced my car in less than 2 hours! Great service and friendly staff would definitely be back for my next service

I have used Bankstown Ultra Tune for over 20 years and even though I’ve moved away, I will continue to use them as I trust the quality of their workmanship and the advice they give. They also represent excellent value for money.

Returned to my favourite Ultra Tune at Bankstown after Covid.l received once again excellent service from Fred and Dion and all their mechanics. This shop provides excellent and honest mechanical servicing and repairs for all their customers.l will continue to attend Ultra Tune at Bankstown for all my car's needs.

I came to this mechanic depending on the reviews, but I shouldn't do that (I made a mistake).
They are more expensive than other big brand mechanics. Bridgestone was cheaper than them for the same job, and absolutely for the best parts! (What would you choose!)
The staff was not friendly at all. They charged me $$ for giving me a quote after checking the brakes (they changed nothing in the car, but at the same time he said we do not work for free!). However, I should say the person who answered my phone was more professional.
Will not get back even for a quote!

We made an appointment. The service along with the Pink slip was done. I got a message saying that it was all completed. Very hsppy with the work and great price. Thank you Ultra Tune.

I have been taking my car to Fred and Dion at Ultratune Bankstown for a couple of years now. Not only do I get greeted with a huge smile and by name, I have everything explained to me and if any part needs replacing they show me before and after. They get the best price on tyres, do a full service on my Rav4 for under $200 and are always willing to fit me in on the spot when I have an issue. The best part is that I can pay using openpay and so it makes it a lot easier to manage cost when in need of brakes or other more expensive things. A couple of weeks ago my automatic stalled several times and I drove the car down as I was close by and they.took it straight I'm and 15minutes later it was fixed a part had come loose. Easy fix and so they didn't charge me despite me being willing to pay. Its things like this that makes you want to tell others that they are good guys.
Would definitely recommend these guys to keep your car on the road.

These guys have been the only people I've allowed to provide service to my car since I had a bad experience elsewhere. Never had any issues with communication and they always call me and provide advice if I needed a major fix. They also provide valuable advice if a car is worth fixing or not and recommend brands that suit what you're looking for eg better on fuel, easy to maintain etc. & now my partner brings his ute here for service too - even tho we live out of area we will still come out here for service. Great professionalism, depth of knowledge in automotive & the best customer service - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! THESE GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE LEGENDS!

I booked my car in for log book service. Booking was easy on a day and a time that was suitable for me. When I dropped the car off I was quoted a price which was well below to what I had thought. My car was ready within 2hrs. Fred and all the team are very friendly and very helpful and my car will be going back next yr for her service. Fred and Dion are really kind and helpful. They are always willing to help when I need it and are great at explaining the issues and showing me the problem if necessary too. They have Openpay available which is really handy when something unexpected comes up. Today I went in expecting a big issue because my engine light had come on and I was stalling an automatic and luckily it was just an easy fix that they did without charge which I was so grateful for. I recommend these guys if you want hard honest workers who will look after you and your car.

Fred and the team at Ultratune Bankstown changed the wheel bearings on the rear passenger side wheel. They organised the original Suzuki parts and replaced the parts very quickly. Amazing service and great team.
