We decided to get back into the hobby me after 15 years. We met Fuzzy and he was so helpful to explain and answer questions that I had. Definately found a store that has Fantastic Customer service and great knowledge. Fuzzy steered me in the right direction and look forward to the next step of our purchase for RC Planes. Its so nice walking into a family owned store and greeted with a friendly attitude.

Went into the Store today always greeted by Fuz with a friendly welcome to his store made a few purchases and he went the extra mile for us. We just cannot highly enough reccomend the great knowledge and friendly service Fuz & his Team know their stuff and gave us options didnt try to just sell us the most expensive items but asked questions so we bought the right things we needed. Thanks Fuz & Team again

Paid for express shipping on an in stock item 13 days ago. Still haven't seen it. Wouldn't use these guys again. No tracking number no confirmation that the item was sent.

Order has now been cancelled with no explanation.

Totally misleading when I looked online at car kits that stated in stock I then drove to the store to be totally disappointed as they had about 20 kits only if that on hand? As that’s all they stock does not state that they have a warehouse which is frontline hobby’s I then asked to order in some kits they said will have them in next week for you and will call you as soon as they arrive but never heard from them ever again so I purchased them elsewhere there loss poor customer service avoid.

Needed a new steering servo, had in stock and waiting for me. Reasonable pricing.
As usual Fawaz and Carlos always greet with a smile.

It was AMAZING, but yes it was a small shop but with a lot of things to buy. Me I bought a inferno neo 3.0 and he explained everything to me, I’ve got to give thanks to both of them for helping me out. And really, everything they have is super good. Thanks guys I love my car, like 100% worthwhile.

Best price i could find. A massive thanks to Carlo (the apprentice) and 'Fuzzy', the boss. Bought a hump/pack and was cheaper than online. $28 was a bargain as the average saving worked out to be around $6 and I didn't have to wait or concern that it would arrive or be stolen, or damaged in the post. The guy even knocked a few dollars off my total bill. Amazing staff and product knowledge. He knew everythingabout my Tmaxx 3.3 and gave me infor re my shock absorbersover the ohone. Identified an engine and buggy that had only logos. The best shop anywhere near and nitro is well catered for. Totally recommend, as one stop and bergs dont know anything re nitro.

Best service received in 46 years of RC modelling. They are friendly, helpfull, and unbeatable prices. The jet was $246, - cheaper than local with free shipping. Ordered lunch time from Brisbane, and was delivered next day. 12/10 guys.

Absolutely loving my new purchase recently. I'm new to the electric RC range more specifically 4WD off-road crawling. I was first greeted by Lindsey and was given a tour around the store. I had browsed the website prior to the visit having in mind a purchase for a rock crawler. Lindsey recommended and showed me the Axial Capra Currie Edition. He basically showed me inside out of the car and showcased the features to why this RC crawler is the one. Ohh boy I am very happy that Lindsey showed me this car I was very hesitant at first not knowing what models or car is any good. I got the best of the best. I also bought a battery and charger, and was also shown how to "PROPERLY" charge the LI-PO battery as it could end in disaster with the garage & house burning down if not done safely and properly. Rather than Lindsey telling me how to do it, He generously demonstrated as shown in the picture attached. Carlos was also very informative and was a gentleman fabricating a new shorter lead on the spot for the shorty battery for ease of usage and fitment as the battery is a tight fit. In conclusion, I am very happy with the purchase and service from Ultimate Hobbies. I'll be visiting every week from now on.

The best. I like going there because there local to me and prices are low I get most my RC plane stuff there.

Not good enough. All items in my online order were listed as in stock. However, they weren't and after me chasing up for TWO WEEKS they finally cancelled my order when I just couldn't wait anymore.
If I hadn't chased up there would have been zero communication from them and my order would have just languished in a permanent holding pattern.
May advice for UH: Clearly state if an item is in stock or not. In stock at your supplier is not in stock so be clear about this.

The best customer service I have experienced in many years, the gentleman there was amazing, great shop for anything RC related even hard to find parts, I can't recommend this store enough

Customer service is very good and I was able to get a new servo and RC body at a reasonable price. I would consider this my new favourite hobby shop!

Amazing customer service, helped me pick out an RC car and serviced my RC boat. Very great advice, and they taught me everything I need to know about my new purchase. Also gave a good bundle deal for all the accessories being purchased with the car. Would rate 10 stars if I could!

Great staff and a well stocked shop. 5 min walk from parramatta train station is a god send.

I visited the store with a few questions to help make up mind my about which type of RC car I should get. Both of the staff members were extremely helpful and were able to give advice and great recommendations for vehicles that would suit my needs.

They took the time to explain all of the features and pros and cons of each model and when I chose a model they gave me a complete walkthrough of everything, including how to properly charge and store the batteries and how to care for the car.

I would highly recommend this store and the staff if you are looking for RC models. They will be able to help with both new vehicles and repairs.

Told us not to touch the cars we were ready to buy one, I know they are sensitive but they also jump em on track and they take it right.

Unmatched service i received from carlos, very patient while explaining to me in length all the details of my purchase. And when i had a problem they were very quick to resolve it and keep me happy.

Guys here are very helpful, went in with a broken xmaxx and they pinpointed the issue. I got to learn more about troubleshooting issues too. Thanks again
