Please ask your reception team to stop repeating credit card numbers when making payments over the phone. There’s too many scams now days and too many dodgy people willing to rip people off for things like this to be reiterated in a waiting room potentially full of people. Other than that we have been happy with the service.

The team at ultimate health are amazing! From walking into the door for my appointment you are welcomed by the reception staff and the Physiotherapist are great! They really are sure you are taken care of and problems looked after!

I have been going to Ultimate Health Greystanes for over 2 years for Podiatry. Lawrence is not only great at what he does, he is professional, and is genuinely interested and caring.

From the booking (via Vanessa) to the actual treatment session (with James), I can say nothing but good impressions.

Booking an appointment was a cinch via a quick phone call. My inquiries were adequately answered (with no sense of hurry) and with sincerity. Upon reaching the clinic, I was greeted and welcomed like a good friend.

The physio session was also well worth it. It was not limited to "fixing" the issue alone and was complemented by background conversations on informative facts, friendly chats about life in general, and new experiences on physio treatment.

A shout out also goes to Craig, Will, Kelly, and the rest of the physio staff who attended to us on previous treatment sessions (ankle sprain, dislocated knee rehab, tennis elbow).

I have been taking my son to Ultimate health for over a year now. I had taken him to a different service provider before hand where he received help for 8 months. He developed more in 4 weeks at Ultimate Health with Lisa more than he did in the months at the previous service provider. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful, they go above and beyond and can always put a smile on my face and my son's! I have even used their occupational and physiotherapy services, all are exceptional! I can't fault them on anything! The facilities are always clean and well maintained! They also are NDIS service providers. I highly recommend this business!

This is the best place I’ve found, physiotherapists are next level they listen and help, they don’t judge just help, they go above and beyond m, couldn’t recommend highly enough, all staff are amazing

The team at Ultimate Health Greystanes are wonderful.
As a parent to a child with additional needs, it is a one stop shop for treatment which we have found highly effective.
Lisa, my daughters speech therapist, is not only very professional, but she is a sound, and experienced therapist who has managed to kick some awesome speech and language development goals.

Craig and his team of qualified physiotherapists are results focused, and offer treatment that is personalised and tailored to my daughters needs.

Nitin, Occupational Therapist, is also a dedicated specialist who has managed to make what has previously been difficult, somewhat easier with his friendly, calm and persistent attitude.

They are always looking for ways to enhance their service offerings, and I am looking forward to the next specialist who joins their team.

At the time I saw this place I figured hell it's got 5 stars it has to be good.

I have to disagree, staff are friendly and all. But it truly lacked the feeling of professionalism in their field.

I have seen many physiotherapist and I mean many. I have even relatives in the field which is too hard for me to get a booking which is why I see others.

They are young well at least the time when I saw them they were young (we are going back a few months now).

Young I don't have a problem with they need to start somewhere but I just felt uncomfortable with how they dealt with the diagnosis which they had not come across before. Was kind of awkward, like a had to be there type situation.

For basic physiotherapy if that's even the correct statement then the place will do

Craig assisted with my ASL recovery and I couldn’t be more happy! I’ve had a lot of physio’s in the area of greystanes, Parra and Wenty with injuries over the years - you won’t get any better! Very hands on, won’t leave u on a machine and walk away and also doesn’t cost you a arm and leg to visit! Thanks Craig and the team:)
