I organised a bubble soccer experience for a bucks party but a week before the event the buck hurt his back and the day had to be cancelled. Ultimate Bubble Soccer refunded the full amount and were professional to deal with the entire time.

This was one of the best incursions we have ever booked for vacation care. The kids of every age group had so much fun and even the carers joined in too. I even got the dates wrong and they came and set up with no notice which was such a life saver for us! I have already booked this again for the upcoming holidays since it was such a hit with everyone.

We had my twin boys birthday with these guys and they were excellent. Very good with the kids, which is amazing considering there were 14 boys going crazy. They kept me up to date and even arranged Council permission to use the park. Could be more happy. Thanks

Well, I’m not quite sure where to even start with my experience with this company!?

After having my sons birthday booked in for over a month, and having had confirmed a few days before, Eugene canceled my booking via text message, with not even 24hrs notice. His excuse was, the person who he had booked in for our time slot was going up to the Gold Coast and the only option he had for me was to change my 11: 30 booking to 4pm.

Once receiving the text, I couldn’t at all make contact with him. This company is Totally unprofessional and I would not at all recommended this service. It ruined my sons day with absolutely no regard or compensation to the situation he put us in!

BEST KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY EVER!
My kids had an absolute ball with the bubble soccer. Eugene even brought water guns for the kids to cool off with after they were finished playing. Very professional and went above and beyond our expectations.

11yr old birthday kids had a fantastic time with bubble soccer. Very organized and well run! Highly recommend!
