Today we were about to walk into the store when we realised the door was closed but the door was (open door design)
Behind the counter was sitting a young woman eating lunch I called out to her 3 times I was ignored, she pretended not to hear or see me. Everyone is entitled to a break and lunch however not to acknowledge us or even look our way for eg “I’m having lunch can you return in 30 mins”
The worst customer service experience and she lost 2 sales.
