I went in without a booking and Sergio and his team helped repair my phone's front and back glass on the spot. When the repair was done, my phone looks brand new and didnt see any fault to it. Their team seems very professional and knowledgable unlike some other places I've been to at the mall. They educated me on why fixing the back glass is important and taught me a few tricks on how to prolong my battery's life aswell. Their prices are reasonable for their level of service and would not hesitate to go back. Much like finding a good honest mechanic for your car, once you find a good phone repairer stick with them!

Look no further. This has to be the best (quickest, best-value, super professional, engaging and reliable) device-fixing service in Sydney and by far the best I have ever experienced. On Monday I walked in (with no appointment) with an iPhone 6s Plus. It had a broken home button, a cracked screen, a frustratingly faulty recharge socket, and a completely defeated battery (the performance of this phone could best be described as "concussed"). We'd all but given up on it. Anyway two days later it was ALL BETTER. Real care was taken to make sure it was completely repaired for a price much much lower than what it would have cost me to buy a used replacement from FB or Gumtree. All up it cost about half of what I had budgeted for. Sergio is not only a device-whisperer of the first order, he is civil, informative and utterly credible. He also gave me money-saving advice about another of my devices. And as I say, this was all without an appointment. I just walked in off the street having been given a (it now seems very accurate) recommendation. Super impressed!

The quality repair work and level of customer service at UBreakiFix is absolutely phenomenal. I had a major issue with my Pixel 4 XL with the battery, screen, and logic board, which were repaired expertly without an issue in a very short amount of time. Your team member Sergio was a pleasure to speak to. He was unfailingly polite, extremely helpful, and followed up with a call the day after repair to ask if everything was ok with the phone. I then also had a follow up email from Frances to ask if the phone was still working correctly a few weeks later. I have never received such excellent service from a mobile phone repair shop. Well done to all involved, I will be recommending this store to anyone wanting their phone repaired.
