My car tire had a puncture before the weekend. I was waiting for opening the shop next Monday without any booking.

He checked the tire and fix it straight away even though he was busy. Good person with a good service. Thank you.

Cannot recommend this fantastic, local family business enough! Got four new tyres and some expert advice and product from a proffessional who genuinely knows his stuff. Thank you Ed. You've given my wheels a new lease on life. I am very grateful

Can’t speak for the quality and service of the tyres, however can vouch for what appears to be the business owner in their Jeep’s sheer arrogance on the road. Tail gating families on freeways during peak holiday season and trying to overtake up breakdown lanes. Despite our vehicle travelling at the signposted speed limit!
Complete and utter disregard for road rules and putting many other innocent drivers in danger, and to do all that with your business name written across your back windscreen speaks volumes of the intelligence of the individuals associated with this business, on that note I would not use their services for that sole reason as it is apparent they are either brain dead or under the influence of drugs. I have the dashcam to prove, which will be uploaded online.
Interestingly from reading other reviews it’s clear that this is a regular occurrence and this person has not learnt their fate. Height of stupidity!

Ed is always great to deal with, I've purchased many sets of tyres from Orange Tyre Shop over the years for my daughter's cars, my cars, to puncture repairs and any little tyre related issues. Why I like dealing with a small business and Ed is, it is always a smooth process, initial contact, quote and order in (if not in stock) come in, get your tyres fitted and a wheel alignment, come in at the promised time, my car is always done and ready, pay and have a yarn.what a simple and easy process, that only a small family business can provide, Thanks Ed, you've got a great thing going here in a great location compared to the big corporates.

Worst experience I have had dealing with a tyre shop or mechanic. The shop is showing it’s true colours in its response to my review by blaming the customer rather than taking on the feedback. In no way did they try and accommodate my needs. I asked if they could help me out and was told I should’ve been more organised. As a result I said I’d need to pick up the tyres and get them fitted elsewhere.

I will elaborate on my experience to provide reasoning for such a low score (something I don’t like to do to businesses usually).
I ordered 2 tyres from Tyroola online with this shop being their fitting partner. I normally shop locally but only tyroola had stock in Australia at the time (3 week wait everywhere else).
The tyres were slow in delivery but I received confirmation yesterday that they were delivered. I phoned the tyre shop today and they said the tyres weren’t there. The owner was rude and aggressive towards me over the phone. He also told me that couriers say they’ve delivered things to meet their delivery times but haven’t. I explained my urgency in needed to get the tyres fitted and he was unhelpful and told me I should be more organised. The owner was unhelpful and told me he would need the car for the whole day to fit two tyres. I asked if there was something we could do to help me get them fitted quicker but he was emphatic that he needed the car for the whole day. I advised him that I would need to come collect the tyres and get someone else to fit them. He told me he would message me when they arrived.
I then spoke to tyroola about the issue and they provided me with evidence that the tyres were dropped off yesterday and signed for by the owner. The same person who told me they weren’t there! I went down to the shop and asked the lady behind the counter about my tyres and she advised me that they were out the front. The owner had dumped them out the front of their shop. Quite a story I know but that is my account of the experience with this tyre shop.
In point form below are the reasons why I don’t recommend this shop.
1. Owner rude and aggressive to me on the phone.
2. Owner stated they didn’t have the tyres yet they did have them and the owner had signed for them.
3. Owner told me I should’ve been more organised (despite me ordering these tyres over a week ago).
4. Told me I’d have to leave the car their all day tomorrow (to fit two tyres) despite me saying I couldn’t do that. I also asked for some sort of compromise which he was unwilling to do.

Had my wheels aligned. Service was DELIGHTFUL. Fast and friendly and professional and informative. I hope that this review contributes to their good reputation. You know when you feel like you've been looked after by your mechanic? Well I felt very much like I had been looked after.

Great shop got 4 new tyres the same day I needed them no wait time plus Ed and the staff are awesome

Had my tyres done here, prices are great. Work was done quickly and properly. Ed was helpful and informative, would recommend 10/10.

I was appalled to be behind a company branded vehicle between Orange and Bathurst today and see the driver extend his arm fully out of his window and give another driver the finger. The car and trailer also swerved around the car turning off the highway in an aggressive manoeuvre.

This shows a complete lack of decorum and the driver should think about the image they're portraying for Tyres Plus.

What a awesome new business. Go in a get Ed to give your car / 4wd a new set of tyres. You will not get a better price or service. Ed was happy to accommodate my tyres being fitted late in the day. So easy. Go give him a go.
