I had No appointment for a pink slip check but they fitted my car in right away. Unexpectedly I needed two new tyres due to poor alignment. Sorted- all in under an hour. Excellent service.

We blew a tyre on the Hume and got towed to Tyrepower. We appreciated the guys staying back late to help secure our car for the evening, so that the repair to be performed first thing the morning. They called us to discuss our options and it was ready for collection within a couple of hours. Great service. Thankyou!

Tyre service was ok but overpriced, won't recommend any other services, not professional approach, wasted my time with useless show ups. Could not help with mechanical issues.

I Took My BMW to them to replace four tires, They showed me the "Toyo" brand Made in Japan, but after installation I can see those tires are Made in China! Also they doesn't know how to use keys to open tire rims. Very dodgy owner Gary!
Secondly, wheel alignment wasn't done correctly as I have found out after test drive. I took car to BMW for a safety check and they found heel alignment wasn't done correctly. BMW advised me to take back to tire power Campbelltown to fix the issues, but they said can't fix as job done two days before, and their machine broken!

Cannot fault the service provided here. Went in with a flat tyre, was served straight away and my car was ready in no time. The team apologised to me for taking so long, but I thought was super quick. Will be back again! Keep up the great work!

I am satisfied with them on 2-3 occasions. They were pretty quick and did what they said they would without any issues. Thanks guys.

Puncture repaired very quickly. Guy pointed out some minor issues with my car and said they could fix them. So I called to book in my car for these repairs and some others. I asked if they could do them and they said yes. When I picked my car up they weren't done. I asked why they weren't done and was told very rudely that they don't do those repairs and to take my car somewhere else. *Edit* I took my car in to a different business to have new tyres put on. I was informed that wheel nuts and lock nuts that were purchased and installed at Tyrepower on the above occasion, are not the same size. The lock nuts are the correct size for my vehicle but the wheel nuts are the incorrect size and have been cross threaded. I now have to pay a mechanic to fix the damage caused to my vehicle by Tyrepower and pay for another set of wheel nuts. Worse than that, because of their incompetence I have been driving an UNSAFE vehicle. Damaged my property and endangered my life and the lives of other road users through their gross negligence. Their core business is putting wheels on cars and they can't even do that!

Went there for green slip it was quick and easy the gentlemen were really nice and kind. Recommend to get your green slip. The price for tyres and everything else seems to be really decent. They were really amazing mechanic

Not one to write reviews, but I think its worth warning people about this crew. Would highly recommend you do not take your vehicle to this Tyrepower. There is not enough room on here to list the amount of issues we have had since taking our car for a pink slip and subsequent wheel change and "alignment". Months later we are still paying for the problems they created, and out of spite, they have damaged the wheel studs because at the time we had complained.

They listen and always have the time to explain the issue the best way possible even if you don't understand cars.

They are very supportive in any situation whether it's financial reasons because cars can cost a lot to fix. Supporting the local business and trying to help and situation as safe as possible.

Was driving to NSW from Melbourne and hit a pothole from the terrible roads on the Hume Hwy. Anyways, I came in Mark and his team took care of my tire so I was able to drive back to Melbourne safely with a great price. Found a scew in my Tesla tyre. Other tyre shop weren't really interested and pushed me to Tyrepower. Great no hassle service and had my tyre fixed in no time. Importantly they knew they had to use the puk to jack up the Tesla. Apparently they've done heaps. They'll get my business next time.
