Stopped by for tyre rotation. I was told a couple tyres were worn down so the owner suggested some tyres he had in stock. He didn't speak very clearly, probably tried to get me to quickly agree. I wasn't interested in the cheaper brands he had, so he gave me a quote on the same ones I already own. I also called a different tyre place for comparison. He didn't blink when I told him that I could get the same tyres cheaper somewhere else (in fact $40/tyre cheaper). His mannerism changed immediately. He even added that there were different types of the brand I wanted.obviously I had asked about the exact same tyres so his reason was meaningless.

On another note, one of my better tyres was on the wheel balancer and he pointed out that there was a nail puncture (the nail head was flushed with the tyre tread, not at an angle) and would cost $40 to fix. Just a couple days earlier, I had measured all the tyres and none were below the recommended psi. I told him that the nail was not affecting the tyre pressure so I wanted him to leave it alone and will deal with it later. Not too long after, I watched as his worker pulled out the nail and tossed it in a corner. It didn't make any sense for him to pull out the nail if it wasn't going to get fixed. Finally my tyres were pumped, but I didn't hear any sensor. I measured all four tyres later that night and all were at 39psi. I have never pumped any of the tyres past 32/33psi as suggested for my car model. I was quite upset with their neglect.

Didn't get more money from me so he rudely told me to drive through the garage after I had paid for the rotation service, even though the workers did not confirm that they were done. A decent business should not be rude to any customer, no matter how much you spend there.

Another thing I noticed was that they were not busy, yet the owner was walking around like a nervous headless chicken and the workers didn't look too sure about what they were told to do. Never going back there again, and after my first and only experience, I wouldn't be surprised if they had put the nail in my better tyre themselves.

Edit: 4 days later - After I posted my review, suddenly there are 17 five-star additional reviews of this business within just a couple of days after mine. These five star reviews addressed most if not all the issues I had encountered, lack of professionalism with customer, lack of communication within their team, cannot be trusted, overpriced tyres, low end products, and non-reliable equipment. It is blatantly obvious that these are suspicious reviews that keep the average rating high. Please be aware that greedy businesses without integrity will create fake reviews to lure customers, be smarter than them. Fake reviewers are shameful cheaters and teaching the future generations to do the same. But the few honest reviews can make a bigger difference, speak and share the truth.

This is a great place to come and have your cat repaired. Excellent staff and very flexible about when you can bring your car in at a time to suit you!
