Terrible customer service. I went to have a fuel filter done, breaks and tyres. They were quiet so i thought perhaps he could do just one thing off my list today. He was sitting there on his phone watching a video. (hmm) No one was in the shop, just the one guy working there. Although he was sitting there doing nothing, he told me he was too busy, and finishing work early today so he could go away for easter.it was 1pm. I wanted a fuel filter done only.he gave me his boss card and said to go there instead. Sack that dude if you know whats good for your business. Why have someone working there that clearly doesn't want any business or work. 2nd time he has done this to me, and he has also done the exact same to my wife 3 weeks ago!

The shop is located on the corner of Falcon street and Miller Street. There is a petroleum station just right there that’s why sometimes you may not see it!

I have just had a great experience at this business with prompt and efficient service from Kazu repairing a puncture in my run flat tyre. It was all done with a minimum of fuss and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tyresplus at North Sydney
