Tyre prices have been competitive every time I need a new set.
The customer service from Junior is exceptional, he goes above and beyond to help. My car was missing the wheel nut socket that is unique to the car and he tracked one down to allow me to change the tyre when I had a flat.
Would recommend to anyone.

Lauren was very friendly and was happy to recommend the local cafe up the road while the tyres were fitted. That she would call once done.
On picking my car up, the new tyres were all dirty with residue, and not cleaned or glossed. This wasn't a big deal and the tyre fitter offered to clean the car which he did.
Having a pristine 2 year old vehicle with perfect free rims, I was unbelievably disappointed on seeing so many scuffs and scratches on my 19 inch rims to the point I had to call back Lauren and complain. She said she would call me back and let me know how it would be resolved.
Not even a call back to either apologies or offer to fix the rims.
Be very aware that this place is not going to look after your rims. Take photos before and after! Attached are just a few photos where you can clearly see their mounting machine and fitter was totally careless. I am still waiting for the call.

I didn't have a booking, I drove in and they saw me straight away, gave me a good range of tyre options to choose from, they booked me in for a bit later that day and the tyre change for all 4 tyres took about 20mins. Junior even gave the exterior of my car a thorough hose down afterwards (it was pretty filthy, I felt sorry for making them work on my seriously messy car! Lol) Junior and his team were exceptional from start to finish, I honestly can't recommend them enough!

Well they snapped a bolt at the nut and used silicon to glue it back on. My new mechanic suggests I find an ombudsman. Previously went there to address a shudder when braking, paid the bill and exactly the same. Just don't.

Didn't do much research about the price I I paid, so don't know where they stand in the market.
Not the happiest and most welcoming crew, nor is there a working coffee machine. The answer to my question about getting some coffee was sorry it's broken!
The service was fast, sitting area comfy, and visitor parking fine.
Wouldn't be my first choice next time.

Good tyre choice for my son's car. Michelin tyres. Super stopping in dry and wet conditions. Coffee machine does require stocking, but otherwise the guys are honest and give the best advice.

Best wheels and tyres in the shire. Boys are super friendly, helpful and prompt. Their knowledge is awesome and guidance will steer you to the right choice.

The new owners are really bringing life to the store and making amazing improvements whilst maintaining high quality service

Dubble charged on wheel alignment. I spent $286 for 4 wheels alignment
After two rear tyres have been replaced then they told me they don’t have four wheel alignment machine at Caringbah and has to do in another work shop in another day. They changed me $110 for the wheel alignment which hasn’t been done.there are $95 on the price list board for 4 wheel alignment.
After 4days I dropped car for the wheel alignment which they take to another place. But when I pick up the car and they want another $200. They said they spend three hours to repair the suspension for the car which I never have been told before.
John you can’t do the business in that way at all.you must tell customers if there is a fault and need repair before do anything. In the end I had no choice and forced to pay the extra $176!
I believed you just make up a story and wanted extra money! You don’t have the right wheel alignment machine that is your problem. You can’t change the extra for that.
I can take car to do the 4 wheel alignment anywhere in the shire and it only cost around $55-$75

Very friendly and helpful staff, pointed out some things that were blatantly missed last service by the dealer. Will definitely be back
