If I could give 10 stars I would, honestly the most empathetic, kind and helpful staff. My car had hit a pot hole and popped the tyre and when I called Tyre Kingdom they were just about to close, but they still allowed me to come to the shop to get my tyre replaced, and were so kind and helpful when I arrived. This is something that doesn't happen often as I called a few other places prior and they were quick to turn me away. In addition to changing my tyre, my the air on all my tyres were checked and a quick tyre polish on all of them, which I didn't need done as I had already felt bad for having the staff stay back, however it showed me how much pride they take in their work. You will not be disappointed with the service and pricing at Tyre Kingdom. Could not recommend them enough!

My experience with Mark and Tyre Kingdom was extremely disappointing. After my car's tyre popped, I reached out to them for a quote on the manufacturer-recommended model. They provided an initial quote over the phone, which led me to tow my car to their shop, arriving late in the evening.

The next day, they informed me that the specific tyre was only available interstate, causing a delay. While I agreed to wait, they later called to extend the wait time by two days, pressuring me to consider an alternative model that is not recommended by the manufacturer. When I inquired about sourcing the tyres myself, and asking them to fit them they quoted $140 for fitting.

I found a mobile tyre service that could do the job on the same day, asked them to leave the car but was informed that they had already begun work on my car, incurring labour charges obviously without my consent and without agreeing on the tyres. Only after I insisted did they miraculously locate the desired tyres for same-day delivery, at an extra cost.

It became evident that they were attempting to provide a cheaper alternative due to their initial quote error. Their lack of transparency and initial lies regarding tyre availability in Sydney is totally unacceptable, let alone that they kept saying it’s all about the money and I was never told at any point of time that it was an error and it will just cost me a bit extra to get them on the same day. On top of that, my car is experiencing front-end vibrations, indicating low quality workmanship. I will not return to Tyre Kingdom and strongly advise others to avoid this tyre shop.

These guys are genuine pros and have great attention to quality and service at very keen prices. They have been my go to shop for tyres for years.
They treat everyone as a mate and provide a top service.

Called in for a tyre puncture repair without an appointment. I received very prompt and professional service. The price was very competitive/reasonable. They also check and adjusted all tyre pressures, checked all wheel nuts and shined all tyres. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I brought in my Ute for a change of tyre, wheel balancing and power steering check. They have done a superb job in all that aspects and much more. All of the staff, from the owner are very helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this place to my friends and everyone.

Amazing service, stopped by for a quick replacement flat tyre as it was the closest shop and the service and pricing was amazing. Lovely friendly staff and owner!

I changed 4 tyres of my car and did wheel alignment front and rear. Feels much better and very smooth while driving. Reasonable prices. Only thing is they take too much time. If the job take long time better leave your vehicle there and pick up later. Otherwise spend 3- 4 hours there. There is a lady working there, I have never seen a lady working that actively. She runs all over and making sure everything is done perfectly.

Had a punctured tyre and went there early Jan because my nearby shops were mostly still on holiday. Waited for > 3 hours to get fixed and got charged 99. I suppose it is a holiday premium?

Been a regular for years. Always pop in and get served straight away, sometimes have to wait if they’re really busy.

Good price for tyres. Spent too much time to replace a tyre due to unorganised staffs & owner. After my work completed took 1hr to invoice me.

Had a flat tyre and randomly drove in for assistance. Immediate attention, helpful approach, AMAZING service!

Went to tyre king. They helped me with new tyres and a pink slip, I was impressed with the businesses work ethic. The prices weren’t the cheapest out there but defiantly very fair. This place has inventory on hand and they will try and return your car on the same day. LEGENDS!

I saved a total of $60 on the three Kumho tyres I bought. I wasted 4 hours of what should have taken less than an hour. There us no place to sit (so you basically stand watching and thinking how could the guys have no process in place).

Next time, I ll go to some other place where they schedule the job and there is a planned start and end time.

Look they are nice easy going blokes, don't get me wrong - but not for me or someone who prioritses time, service and a place to sit over saving $60.

P. S. And I didn't get the wheel alignment as it was 5 pm. When I asked if I could come the next day, I was told there are 60 appointments.

I was also politely told that there is no shortage of business and there are cars parked for the last three days waiting for tyre replacement.

I dropped off quad bike tyre for repair and waited almost 3 weeks to be told it had side wall damage, which i didn't believe. Took the tire same day to Top Ten Tires and got it fixed same day. Thanks for nothing, lost a loyal customer and you guys never ring back, never go back there again.

Most useless tyre shop in western Sydney car was there for 6 hours went to pick it up and hadn’t even been touched yet. Do not go here

Old school tyre shop. Short notice, emergencies. I needed 4 tyres right away, they stayed back to help me out and still gave me a great deal. The guys and manager working here deserve our support. Buy your tyres from this place!

I visited this place on 12 Nov at 8.18am for new tyres. I was told that the new tyres can be fitted and wheel alignment completed within an hour. However, it took nearly 4 hours to complete the work. On completion the manager came to me and told that your car registration is due soon and we can help you with the pink slip. My response " I want to be honest, I will never comeback to this place or recommend you to anyone" I wish to donate a a wall clock to this business!
