I ran through a pothole and got my tyre flat and Went there to fix it. Boys were so helpful they fixed it under 10 min. I will go here every-time if i need my tyres changed or repaired.

Had to get my tyre repaired as it was punctured by a nail. Called up the guys at Tyre Factory Outlet. They were able to help me out right away. They were friendly and professional. Cost $20 for a patch repair and it took about 5 minutes to get sorted. Its been about 2 weeks now. No complaints. Happy customer. Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in the same situation.

Recently serviced my car engine, cost me a fortune for the labour but they didn't fix it properly. At the end I need to service to another mechanic to fix the same problem and cost me two times cheapest.

Mario was very efficient and made the experience really easy. Diagnosed the puncture and was a five minute repair instead of a new tyre change. Would definitely recommend!

Love these guys, their fast, friendly, and most importantly they know their stuff. I always go to these guys for anything tyre related.
I've had times where the dealers try to just sell you a tyre cause they can't diagnose what's wrong with the one on the car that's causing leaks.
Brought it to these guys, it was a small pin so minute that most people miss it and causes the tyre to loose pressure slowly maybe over 2-3 weeks. A pin small enough that it's just the length that the rubber is thick. Well done guys.

This time it was just a bolt in my tyre, an easy one.

Got 1 tyre changed. Quick service but my rim was all scratched. It had a few scratches originally covered in dust but after the service there was plenty brand new scratches close to the tyre. When i asked the bloke who changed it, he just said he did his job and there were already few scratches on the rim. Yes, there were but it doesnt mean you can scrach it now. Do you do the same when u work on someone's car and you tell clients they had few scraches on the body of the car so its all good?

Highly recommend. Have used in the past for a screw in a flat tyre and for regular car servicing, both times efficient and faultless service but recently Mario went out of his way to help me when I had a flat battery. Another time he was honest and upfront and said it wasn't something he could fix. Really good bloke, trustworthy honest and reliable and not out to over service. Thank you.

Mario did a great job fixing some burnt out wiring in the rear left indicator of my 12 year old Peugeot which was in urgent need of a pink slip. He fixed the problem within an hour and issued the car its roadworthyness while i waited, despite not having a booking, and charged a good price. Will probably book in for a log book service next time.

I had flat tyre today, it was fixed relatively fast, the guy was nice and honest. Will come back again.
