My positive experience is wholly because of the people who assisted my purchase - Zaki & Bonita. Zaki was my main point of contact & he was fantastic! So friendly & genuine, so helpful - ensured I knew I was supported through the full process. Bonita made my test drive an exceptional experience and shared so much useful information. Would highly recommend asking for Zaki or Bonita at Subaru Sutherland - they definitely look after you. I can’t thank them enough. I am loving my Crosstrek too!

My recent experience buying a new car from Bonita Lin at Tynan Subaru was terrific. Bonita was not only a very pleasant and engaging personality, she was focused on me as the customer and was not at all pushy or over the top as some salespeople can be. She was very responsive to my needs and was clear, informative and generous in all communications with me. As a result, I’m a very happy and satisfied customer.

Spoke to Huye over the phone, came to test drive a car. Came with wife to have a look at it and was told in first 60seconds that if we are not prepared to pay the ticket price we can turn around and go (have not even seen the car at this stage).
Huye if you don't like your job you should quit- I will take my $26.000 somewhere else.
Giving it 2stars as someone that we dealt with in past did a good job.

Khun was very good assisting with my enquiries, he followed up but didnt put any pressure on me. While i havent bought the car yet Khun will be who i go to when im ready to buy. Thanks

Rang for a part I needed and was put on hold. After 30min on hold terminated call and tried to contact them again with no luck. Unacceptable.

Process was very easy. Khun Lin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Khun helped us get the car we needed with all the right options in a short time.

He proactively updated me on the status of the newly ordered Forester though unfortunately the ETA had been delaying for few times in the year end. Great professional and friendly no hassle end-to-end service from the initial enquiry and order placement to the car delivery. Regular and relevant updates about the order progress have been provided. The delivery was on time and as agreed down to the smallest detail. Note that this is the third car I am getting from Tynan dealership in Sutherland and would certainly recommend Tynan Motors Sutherland to anyone considering a car purchase.

Sales staff were extremely helpful and inventive. Bonita went out of her way to help when things didn’t all go to plan (no fault of the dealership).

From start to finish even after I've left the lot in my new car, the staff where excellent. Khun, made it simple and easy and he was very patient and professional. I felt so comfortable asking zillions of question as it was a huge investment for me.
Bonita’s patience is inspiring!
Tge service hasn’t stopped there.
I have since spoken with her several times after forgetting some of the important information she explained to me rather than drive away and pretend to read the manual! Who’s got time for that.
My insurance was done on the spot which was also a great service.
