We had great service from Peter throughout the whole process of buying my new car. We were offered assistance while looking but also time to browse, think and discuss our options privately. Peter answered questions honestly and was full of knowledge about the car. On collection Peter organised a thorough run through of the cars functions, this is where Dash assisted me to get to know my new car and all its operations, for example we set up apple car play, and set the seating position for the driver, and took the time to check out all the settings in the car and personalise them to my preference. Peter was just as happy as I was in finding the best car for our family.

Contacted Tynan Subaru Albion Park through carsales to buy a used Subaru XV. The team was very prompt to respond and follow up, Peter had been super responsive and helpful, and Emma did a great job finding a good finance offer (I proceeded with my own bank, but really appreciated the speed and the offer conditions too).

The car was great to go on a pick up date, with the full tank of 98 fuel, clean and tidy, and in good condition overall except for a few issues due to its age. And again, Peter has been more than helpful answering all my questions which were plenty (that was the first time I was buying a car in Australia) and getting in touch with the service centre so that the issues were fixed.

Bought a used Holden Commodore from Peter. Peter allowed me plenty of time to examine the car and wasn’t pushy at all. When asking questions about the car, the information was provided in a timely manner.

There were a few minor issues with the car that need rectifying prior to delivery and they were all completed as promised.

Main reason giving four stars is that Peter’s computer skills need some work, his emails were often confusing or he hit a wrong key when stating a price which added more confusion. When finalising paperwork I did have to spend time correcting small and I’m sure unintentional errors.

Other than that I would happily buy another car from him again.
