Experience buying the vehicle was nice, quick, professional. However I’m still waiting on some car mats. These were part of our deal for the vehicle, and the dealer seems uninterested in holding up that part.

Friendly, welcoming and willing to talk, help and find a middle ground when it comes to getting best value for you. Just dealt with Alf recently and he was very accommodating to my needs, and made sure I felt like I was getting the best value I could.

Experienced a poor outcome when dealing with these guys. Made an offer on a vehicle (+ spent $285 on an NRMA inspection) to which I received no response and the next thing I see the vehicle has been sold on the website? Very disappointed!

Huey is the best ever. Very Satisfied with the service provided. Finance was approved in few days.
I would recommend Huey for anyone who is thinking of getting a car in Finance, used or new.

I purchased a pre-owned Suburu online just prior to xmas. On collection, I was quite impressed, Huey had sold me on it's immaculate presentation and sound mechanical condition and I could not fault this at the time.
It is currently languishing in a mechanics workshop (after breaking doen the 4th time I drove it) waiting on a decision from the dealership as to whether repairs will be covered by their warranty.
I continue to incur significant out of pocket expenses due to living in a semi rural area.on top of towing costs etc.
I look forward to actually driving my new car in the near future and hope that Tynans will do the right thing and repair to the roadworthy standard it was marketed as

The most ridiculous prices on used cars I have ever seen and used car prices are gone now even on a 2020 mg3 excite 23k whoever puts prices on these cars must be retarded. Heaos of new stock now

I bought a secondhand car that I was very happy with. Great car and great deal, and was able to drive away with it on the same day.

Terrible customer service, 3 months to repair vehicle with an issue from the day we purchased it and now refuse to extend the used car warranty.
Have only driven the car for a day - the day we picked it up and has been in their workshop since.
No updates provided unless we called them and even then, nobody knew what was going on.
Stay away from this place

Even though my car took over a year to arrive, Daniel kept me up to date and gave very good customer service.

Bought my Subaru from them.no pushy salesman and everything was relaxed, straight forward and professional. Would definitely deal with them again. James and Tony from there were great about everything.

"Edit" Fast forward to 2022 because reviews won't let me post a second review for the same business. Traded in the 2018 WRX for the new 2022 WRX. Trade in value was awesome. Had the new car shipped from Japan month's earlier than expected. I was kept in the loop with every step of the process. Car was presented beautifully and I never felt rushed or pushed into anything during the whole process. This is how buying a car should be. Thanks again Khun Car's going well.

My partner and I went into Tynan Suburu searching for a new car for my partner.
