Ty is the exact personal trainer you need if you want to get results. He isn't a "social" personal trainer where half of what we do is just talking about things. He holds me to a high standard and expects that I follow the program diligently. And when I don't, he isn't afraid to tell me directly. I really value this because this is exactly what I personally need to get results. I do not need someone to sugar coat things, I need someone to tell me when I need to lift my socks up, just like Ty does. His training programs and spreadsheets are very well thought out and I actually enjoy filling them. He designs my training programs for me and my calories/macros. I've already mentioned it but seriously the authentic accountability I receive from Ty is a really big reason why I love working with him. This is about results and that's exactly what I've been getting by working with Ty. Thank you! Incredibly knowledgeable about so much more than just training. Thanks Ty

With Ty’s help, I’ve achieved an amazing result of lowering bodyfat from 25 to 11% in just 3 months. This is beyond my expectations and I can’t believe how easy and manageable the process was! I didn’t have to kill myself training nor abstain from every delicious food. Just his guide on efficient training with a little bit of self control, and lifestyle tips really helped me achieve my goals and even improve my mental health in general. You can’t be in better hands.

Ty provides an incredible holistic, experienced, and individualised approach to fitness training. He goes above and beyond on his coaching through superb accountability and guidance in lifestyle areas as nutrition and mindset.

Ty's program is a game-changer. Before I started his program, I wasn't taking care of my diet and I didn't know how to train properly. His science-driven and no-fluff approach has helped me address both. Those who know me remain mildly shocked that I am now this chicken breast aficionado / gym-enthusiast / expert air-fryer chef. I really appreciate his wholistic approach to health; he focuses on my diet, sleep habit, and mental health just as much as my training techniques at the gym.

He takes a great amount of care in tailoring the program to my specific needs and life context, while empowering me to take control of my own wellbeing. Just like any great coach, his approach is not a one-way street - you gain as much as the effort you put in. But I can personally assure you that if you do put the effort in, the Body Lab experiment works.

I highly recommend Ty, if you are looking for a personal trainer that can help you achieve your goal. He is very professional yet very kind, understanding and compassionate towards to his clients. He knows what he's doing and he gives you heaps of encouragement to succeed and to reach your body goal. 'twas 3 months already since I started with him and I can tell I saw some progress on my body and he helps me out too, to fix my gut problem. He taught me about the nutrition like what I need to take every single day; as there are meal plan that I need to follow in order for my program to work. Ty is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with.

For about a year my partner and I started training with Ty and this made us realise how important it is to have a person to help you be responsible and push yourself beyond your limits. After a year we have achieved results that we have never been able to achieve in a lifetime!

Ty is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer.
The individualized fitness programs he creates are always interesting, challenging and enjoyable.

Training with Ty has been absolutely fantastic for the last 8 months. He’s taught me so much about nutrition and how to really push myself at the gym, something I have never been able to do well on my own. He’s patient, understanding and extremely motivational.

If you’re even remotely considering getting a PT, just know that I can’t imagine waking up and going to gym without his guidance. Top tier trainer

An overdue review.
I've been working with Ty for around 7 months now and in short I wish I'd started with him earlier! He's helped me to lose fat, gain muscle, strengthen my core/even out imbalances (which was very weak and previously had led to a lot of lower back issues that now i hardly have an issue with and can lift much heavier) plus diet advice and plans that I find really work for me.
Ty is so passionate about what he does and is 110% focused on your training and working with you to get the best possible results.
Add to this that he's also just an awesome person and fun to to be around!
I still train with Ty weekly and see continual results in my training and physique.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who's looking for a truly amazing trainer!

Ive been training with Ty on and off for almost 7 years. I decided to stop Training all together for 2 Years during the COVID lock downs and have recently re-engaged Ty to help Me lose the 43KG of fat I've put on and rebuild all the Muscle Ive lost.

Im pleased to Advise that after week one of his diet and exercise program Ive lost 7.2 Kilos!

I highly recommend Ty to any one needing a customised plan! HE GETS THE RESULTS!

Ty is hands-down the best PT in the business. He has helped me to transform my body beyond what I thought was possible. His coaching incorporates a personalised gym routine to help you reach your fitness goals, as well as a meal plan which has been a real game changer for me. Ty has helped me transform not only my physique from average to lean and strong within the few short months I’ve worked with him, but also altered my health, diet and used his meal plans and training to improve my skin issues too. His approach to training is focussed on listening to his clients and it is the reason he’s so successful and worth your time as a client. Ty has been great to work with! He is a very attentive and understanding fitness coach. He works hard in tailoring programs for exercises and nutrition, which are easy to follow as he does this by evaluating your lifestyle constraints and proposing accordingly than slapping a “one-for-all” approach your way. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone to help you with your fitness.

Where do I start.
One stage in my life I was struggling bad, couldn’t get fit or keep my weight down.

I had many ups and downs in my relationships that triggered bad eating habits and poor daily routine.

I thought that Ty was a great trainer and extremely helpful to me, especially in a time that was hard for me. He helped me with my mindset and gave me advice as well as helping me get fit and stronger. Additionally, I have very irritating dietary requirements, which Ty was very helpful and accomodating with nutritional planning and supplements to help my health and digestive system. He is a very inspiring, friendly and well-natured trainer who cares about you and your progress. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve had multiple person trainers. None of them have gotten the results that TYs program was able to achieve in 12 weeks. He kept me accountable, tracked my results and kept me motivated
